Ground Rules.

1. Senders must be subscribed to the @Epiicenter channel before submitting a letter.
2. Letter may only be sent if both the sender and the recipient are within the Epicenter.
3. The sender may address the recipient by username or full name in the letter.
4. As this session is held in celebration of Valentine’s Day, all letters must convey love and affection. Letters containing hate speech, discriminatory content, or NSFW references are strictly prohibited.
5. This session is anonymous. Epicenter will not disclose the sender’s identity. However, the recipient must be clearly identified.
6. Before submitting a letter, ensure that #EPISTLE is placed at the beginning of the sentence.
7. This event will take place on February 14, starting from 10 AM to 10 PM.
