1. Overview

Grom VPN is a client application that lets you import and use proxy/VPN configurations that YOU provide (subscription links, share links, or manual configs). We do not operate a commercial VPN server network inside this app, and we do not sell managed VPN subscriptions through the app store listing by default.

2. Data we process

- Configuration data you import is stored locally on your device.

- Optional crash/analytics data may be collected only if you enable analytics in the app.

- We do not require account registration inside the app.

3. What we do NOT collect by default

We do not intentionally collect browsing history, DNS queries, or traffic content from your VPN session. Traffic is handled by the tunnel engine on your device according to the configuration you imported.

4. Third-party configurations and servers

Servers, keys, UUIDs, subscription providers, and endpoints you add are chosen and controlled by you or your provider. We are not responsible for third-party servers, their operators, logging practices, legality, availability, or security.

5. Tool-only disclaimer

Grom VPN is provided as a software tool. Use of the app, imported configs, and connected services is solely at your own risk. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
