It is only the revolutionary committees, those familiar with the Third Universal Theory, who truly understand the role of power and its solution to the root problems facing humanity, which worse with each passing year.

Let us think about intelligence. Intelligence is not intellect that is only one part of intelligence. We could divide intelligence into 2 parts or even 4 parts: intellect and emotion. Or intellect, reason, emotion and spiritual intelligence.

The vast majority of individuals these days lack overall intelligence: they are imbalanced with either a low amount of intelligence spread across multiple of these parts, or, a higher developed intelligence in only one area, e.g. emotion.

This leads to the inability to understand anything in a wholesome manner. Most people only react to problems that come their way, and are thus "reactionary". This is the opposite of the revolutionary.

Revolution implies revolving, circling, going back to origins, full circle. We cannot address problems and definitive or comprehensive solutions if we only deal with their symptoms rather than the root causes.

The truth revolution is a cycle of > knowledge > power > freedom > responsibility > knowledge > power > freedom > responsibility > etc.

Even these 4 concepts are not understood. Knowledge is not educational programming of the mind which can be programmed like a computer.

Power is not electricity, force of its own, in fact, what power is and how it works to oppress us and where the solutions lie, collectively, few understand.

Freedom is not the freedom to do whatever you like whenever you like even if it takes away someone else's freedom. Without knowledge and power it is absent and cannot be defended.

Without responsibility freedom cannot be survived. Driving at high speed without protective gear and on drugs, sticking your head out the train window, these are freedoms without responsibility, and obvious.

What is less obvious is the responsibility we have to seek knowledge, exercise power, live freely, and the role this has in the ever worsening situation of the masses. This is a core essence of the solution to the problem of power.

Power is structured like a pyramid in all dictatorial systems prevailing across the world today in all fields of life. Those at the top of the pyramid of power don't derive power from themselves but from all those beneath them.

The individualism that is heralded as freedom goes without responsibility for the world around you and is also at the core of the absence of a solution to your problems, because no man or woman is an island.

This programming to believe that freedom is individual and not comprehensive and indivisible has led to the breakdown of all social guarantors of freedom such as family, tribe, nation, humanity.

Likewise the individual, including you writing this and reading this, due to your deficiency in intelligence as introduced at the outset above, cannot solve your problems on your own. You require cooperation with others.

For this reason too, among others, there is no revolutionary outside the revolutionary committees. By collective study, analysis, decisions and tasks you are able to achieve progress, made easier in the small group.

It is not possible to educate anything other than a small minority on any issue or value, be it ethics, behavior, emotion, intellect, spiritual matters, rationality, or any other matter. This is only a voluntary consent to receive.

Yet it is the few which manage the programming of the bricks within the pyramid below them, from whence they derive their power and it is the few who have knowledge of the alternative power systems that are required.

The majority will like leaves in the wind, gravitate toward one direction or the other, if they perceive the alternatives. Those who want to live as slaves and believe they are free, or those who want to be free and know that they aren't.

For the majority it is only what impacts them that matters, like a cow hitting an electric fence. They are ruled by programming of the mind, of emotional fear, and thus are effectively controlled.

However, those who are "awake" to this situation, are by no means those who are revolutionaries: the vast majority of those are only awake as they hit the electric fence, and they seek their own personal salvation and security.

They are not willing to accept that in life everything takes time and effort to build, while anything can be destroyed in a moment. Consider raising a baby to an adult, and the bullet, the complex building and the match stick and fire.

They do not want responsibility, they want others to do things for them, they are not even willing to materially support such efforts, but purely to selfishly benefit from the results.

When the road is being planned, few are those who plan it. When it starts being built, few are those who put in the hard work and sacrifice. When it is half way there, many more will join in, when complete, everyone uses it.

They will use it without thought or appreciation or memory of how bad things were before, and in time they will grow so accustomed to it that they won't see the importance of maintaining and defending it, and will lose it.

This is also understood by the cycle of civilization but the revolutionaries through the Third Universal Theory have additional understandings of that cycle and the role of power and revolutionary committees in that cycle.

Even in recent history we can witness a country where they went through the entire cycle and lost all the benefits of freedom they had, precisely because the revolutionary committees there did not understand this sufficiently.

The only protection for the rights and freedoms is possession of power. If you are sitting on top of a pyramid you possess power, but at the expense of all those beneath you. You can then do as you like, you make the rules.

The power that benefits all is that which is exercised collectively so that all decisions, legislation and policies are derived from the collective power of each individual and family rather than from above by the few.

The only way to do this is by conferring with others and reaching consensus on the issues important to you. You do this with people, not elephants, pigs, cars or technology. Hence, you meet in a People's Conference.

Day to day implementation of those decisions isn't something everyone can do, for reasons of specialization, expertise, time and resources. This is the role of People's Committees for the various sectors, e.g. education, health, etc.

The People's Committees are escalated from the People's Conferences, and directly accountable to them and monitored by them and have no powers to do as they like but strictly to execute the consensus reached in Conferences.

This is the only way to manage power within complex societies of larger numbers of people rather than the traditional small tribes gathered under the tree. The principles are the same, the origins are the same.

This knowledge was always clear to so-called first nations people simply because they lived Natural Law. This knowledge got lost in modern societies where it was thought impossible so "representative democracy" was invented.

However, it is clear that no one can represent anyone else, so "representation is fraud". But people put up with this out of convenience, comfort, laziness, or even the inability of the well-intentioned thinkers to devise anything better.

It was thus a "first nation" bedouin, growing up in the desert close to nature, that could through a study of the struggles of humanity, recognition of the central role of power and freedom, reflect upon how to solve this problem.

Possessing real intelligence in all four corners of the brain, clear and logical conclusions were drawn: we can indeed solve the problem of power and enable the people to possess it collectively even in a society of millions.

Thus, the solution which becomes obvious in hindsight: people's conferences and people's committees. It is the role of the revolutionary committees to educate and mobilize the masses to benefit from these solutions.

Forming Green Book Study Circles to benefit from the many half and quarter brains is always more beneficial than individual study and incomplete comprehension of a single quarter or half brain on its own.

Two half brains are often better than one, and three half brains are almost always better than one.

Consider the following questions:

  • What will the future look like if I do nothing?
  • What will I lose by a collective study of The Green Book?
  • How do People's Conferences solve the problem of power by becoming the alternative to politicians and parties and government?
  • How do People's Conferences form, how do they formulate consensus over wider geographical areas with millions participating?
  • How do People's Conferences provide the solution to ideological and any other form of division thus providing unity in self-government?
  • How are People's Committees formed, how do they function so as to replace government and other authorities with that of People's Authority?
  • What are the characteristics, methods, tasks, aims of revolutionary committees?

All these questions and more you will be able to answer after you embark upon the green march to people's authority: the self-governing "freepublic" via your collective study of The Green Book and the Third Universal Theory.

Like with any knowledge, start from the basic level and as you progress the more advanced concepts become familiar, until the entire concept becomes so simple: after all it is Natural Law you have only been removed from it.
