To be free we must have power, for without the power, we cannot defend our freedom, nor enforce it in the face of tyranny or oppression.

To have power, we must have the knowledge of how power is currently structured, which is clear to many, but most importantly how it should be structured, and how it can be structured by free people: and this is known to the few.

This starts with education on power "the solution to the problem" in Part One of The Green Book. Those who discover the true realities of exploitative societies, the cause of lack of freedom and the solutions to these problems, now seek practical solutions.

This is the movement of the Green Charter revolutionary committees, so that you are united with a vision of what can be and work together with others to achieve it. You are not alone but part of a world wide movement to building the new people's power.

Whether you believe or not, no people's condition will change until they first change that which is in their hearts, and make an effort toward that change. This is made easier when guided by a revolutionary education program with experienced mentors.

This movement is open to all religions and nationalities, for truth is the property of no one and is available to all, this is the Third Universal Theory, a sound interpretation of natural law and its application to the critical issues which face us.

Anyone that is seeking to organize their lives better around not just "reaction" to problems as they arise, but to mental, physical and spiritual preparation to be able to create solutions and work toward achieving them, can devise a program as follows:

1. The Educational Side
   * Daily time allocated for individual study
   * Daily or weekly time allocated for collective study
   * Daily or weekly time allocated to attend seminars
   * Weekly time devoted to thought and analysis
2. The Organizational Side
   * Joining Study Circles
   * Starting new Study Circles
   * Joining and forming Conferences
   * Joining and forming Committees
3. The Movement Side
   * Joining the revolutionary movement
   * Calling to others and invitation
   * Building the revolutionary movement
   * Participating in programs of action

The above programs are also among the tasks of the revolutionary committees.

Start the journey to power today by joining with others in this worldwide freedom movement by choosing to actively participate in the above program. Remember the saying at the outset of this commentary? You're not alone, the time to act is now.
