Dieting is also imperative when you want to lose thigh fats. You have to eat the right kinds of food which will not lead or promote retention of fluids and fats. You should stay away from foods filled with sugar, saturated fats and sodium.

Rather than eating three full meals each day, you may have to eat frequently for about 5-6 times but only with small meal portions. No three hours should pass that you will not take any snack or meal. This will make your metabolism to constantly be active throughout the entire day.
