About This Document

Gravity Flip Maze is a single-player puzzle game distributed through Google Play by Jakub Zielinski. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information while you play. The short version is that the game was deliberately built to work entirely on your own phone, so there is very little to explain. The longer version follows, because Google Play and several privacy laws expect the details to be spelled out.

What The Game Stores On Your Phone

Gravity Flip Maze writes a small amount of data into the private storage area that Android reserves for it. That data consists of things such as:

  • your progress through the maze levels, including which ones you have finished
  • scores, attempt counts and similar gameplay records
  • items or entries you choose to save inside the app
  • your own preferences, for example sound and display settings

All of this is created by you as you play. None of it is transmitted anywhere. It is not uploaded to a server operated by the publisher, and it is not readable by other applications on the same device.

What The Game Does Not Do

To be unambiguous about the boundaries:

  • Gravity Flip Maze does not collect personal data such as your name, postal address, telephone number or email address.
  • It does not sell personal data, and it does not share personal data with anyone.
  • It does not read or use any advertising identifier.
  • It does not ask you to register, sign in or create any kind of profile.
  • It does not build a behavioural profile of you and does not attempt to recognise you across apps, sessions or devices.

Purpose Of The Locally Stored Data

The only reason the game keeps anything at all is so that your experience continues where you left it. Saved progress lets you resume a maze rather than restart from the beginning. Stored preferences let the game open with the settings you already chose. There is no secondary purpose, no measurement purpose and no commercial purpose behind this storage.

Third-Party Components

There are none. Gravity Flip Maze contains no third-party software development kits of any kind. Specifically, the application includes no advertising component, no analytics component, no crash reporting component and no account system. Because no such component is present, no outside company receives information about you through this game.

Disclosure Of Information

Since the publisher never receives your information in the first place, there is nothing that could be disclosed, traded or handed to a partner. The only situation in which data leaves your handset is one you initiate yourself outside the game, for example if you create your own device backup or transfer files between phones using tools provided by Android or your device manufacturer. Those operations are governed by the privacy terms of whoever provides them, not by this policy.

How Long Data Is Kept

Locally saved progress and settings remain on the device for as long as Gravity Flip Maze is installed. Deleting the app, or clearing its data through the Android system settings, removes that information permanently. No copy is retained by the publisher afterwards, because no copy was ever made.

Security Measures

Data stays inside the application sandbox that Android assigns to Gravity Flip Maze, which keeps it separated from other installed software. Keeping no network connection and no remote database means there is no server that could be breached and no transmission that could be intercepted. Protecting the device itself with a screen lock, and keeping the operating system updated, remains the most effective step a user can take.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience and does not target children specifically. Regardless of a player's age, the absence of data collection means nothing personal is gathered from anyone, including minors. Parents and guardians who have questions are welcome to get in touch using the address at the end of this page.

Rights Under The GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, data protection law grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with respect to personal data about you. Jakub Zielinski holds no personal data relating to users of Gravity Flip Maze, so there is no record to retrieve, amend, export or delete on your behalf. You can exercise full control over the material stored on your handset at any moment by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Rights Under California Law

California residents are entitled under the CCPA and CPRA to know what categories of personal information a business collects, to request access or deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Gravity Flip Maze collects no categories of personal information, has sold no personal information, and has shared none for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is accordingly no sale or sharing to opt out of.

Updates

Should a future release of the game change how information is handled, this policy will be rewritten before that release reaches Google Play, and the revision date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
