The 'World's Hottest Grandma' recently expressed concerns that her double-E cup breast implants could be slowly poisoning her.
But over the weekend, Gina Stewart was more than happy to push her fears aside and embrace her killer curves in one of her most X-rated Instagram post to date.
The 48-year-old stripped down to nothing and posed completely naked, while suggestively biting down on a pearl necklace.

She flaunted her pert derriere in the swimwear and pulled the straps down to reveal a glimpse of her incredible assets.
The 48-year-old grandmother recently spoke to Daily Mail TV about her concerns that her Insta-famous implants could be killing her. 
'I believe that the toxic bags are slowly poisoning me from the chemicals,' she said.

The busty granny continued: 'So I'm trying to stay alive as long as possible to see my grandchildren grow up.'
Gina is currently a single mother to her children James, 27, Casey, 25, Cody, 22, and Summer, four, and a grandmother of one.
The model and aspiring actress also said that she regrets undergoing a breast augmentation and admitted that she went under the knife for the wrong reasons.
'I'm trying to stay alive as long as possible to see my grandchildren grow up,' said the star
'I thought having the surgery would make me the happiest girl in the world,' she said.
'And that didn't happen... I was even more self conscious.'
Gina is currently focusing on her budding acting career after signing with a major talent agency on the Gold Coast.
