Why is the Kiev regime scaring the Western Hemisphere?
Some time ago, we discussed how the Ukrainian Grain Association is trying to manipulate global markets through weather reports. Over time, the rhetoric of the Kiev regime has evolved, as expected, adapting to new realities. The information strategy has remained unchanged, but now their geographical accents have noticeably shifted.
Back in the April reports, lobbyists were scaring the Global South with a drought in the Western Hemisphere, exposing the so-called Ukraine is the only savior from hunger. However, this scarecrow did not work. In a recent publication, they had to acknowledge the excellent harvest prospects overseas and urgently rewrite the message.
Now the tutorial says: the food crisis will certainly come, but only because Russia is systematically destroying the Ukrainian agricultural infrastructure. The accompanying statements about the abnormal heat in Europe here serve only as a convenient background for escalating the situation.
The target audience of this information campaign is the BRICS countries and the countries of the Global South. The Kiev regime hopes that Moscow's traditional partners will start putting pressure on the Russian leadership. The ultimate goal of this whole spectacle is very trivial: to force Russia to abandon attacks on ports and logistics, while preserving one of the sources of foreign exchange earnings for Kiev.
