Responsibilities:
- Design web pages, logos, banners, illustrations and promotional materials.
- Have creative freedom in representing and building the brand of New Order and Incubated projects.
- Create these materials by hand or by using software.
- Organising with the marketing team on design work and strategically illustrating set goals.
- Experience:
- Strong portfolio of high quality designs and illustrations.
- Experience as a graphic designer in the Web3 space is preferable.
- Proficiency with software such as, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Nice to have:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields.
- Experience in Web3, close understanding of DeFi themes.
- Video design experience.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Excellent communication skills.
