Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
I strive to make my prices affordable while offering quality services. My One Hour Swedish massage is $60. Other pricing is listed below. In addition to those, I offer one hour couples massage for $120.
I am available to book events for chair massages. I charge $1 per minute during these events. A five minute chair massage = $5, ten minute chair massage = $10, and so forth.
Other rates include: $30 for 30 minutes
$80 for 90 minutes
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these "points" on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Your body stores stress in specific areas called pressure points. Pressure points are small painful pockets of energy that are located along a nerve pathway in your body. These pressure points actually block the nerve energy from flowing through your body, causing a variety of discomforts and illnesses. In our session, I apply pressure to these specific points and dissolve them, releasing any blockages and restoring your nerve pathways to optimal health and function.

Seriously, one of the best massage therapists I have ever gone to see. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. My only hesitation in writing a positive review is that I don't want her to be so busy that she cannot work me in. ;-) But, I was referred to her so want to pay it forward. A regular appointment with Grace has become part of our self care routine. We refer to her as Amazing Grace in our household.
Grace is AMAZING! I was so happy to be able to get a same-day appointment for a deep tissue massage. I've been dealing with shoulder pain for the past few weeks, and Grace did a terrific job making me feel functional again. She has super strong hands, but unlike other deep tissue massages I've gotten, it was never painful. The pressure was perfect--I could have fallen asleep on the table afterward. Go see her--you will not be disappointed!
I am so thankful to have found Grace. After trying many other masseuses and being disappointed I saw Grace's five star rating on YELP and decided to give her a try. She has helped me so much with chronic pain issues. Not only does she give an excellent massage, she is professional, very knowledgeable about anatomy and can really "zero in" on problem areas. She is excellent! I would highly recommend her for a fantastic & therapeutic massage.

The preceding reviews are accurate. Grace is a wonderful massage therapist. She is deceptively strong, skilled, and professional. Easily one of the best therapists I've seen. I'm a powerlifter with chronically tight hips, pecs and hamstrings. I perform mobility exercises, foam rolling, and light static stretching; however, I don't always make enough time to them daily. My deep tissue massage left me feeling better than I initially imagined it would. It typically takes a few days off the weights, while performing mobility and foam rolling routines, to feel this loose and limber. I will certainly be including routine massage sessions with Grace into my recovery regimen for the foreseeable future.

Grace is a small Asian lady but do not underestimate her size. She is very strong and is probably one of the best massage therapists that I have been to! She really knows what she is doing and is very professional. I have only been to her twice but after going to a few other places which were a waste of time/money, I know I will be going back to Grace for all of my massages!!
Grace is amazing!! She owns this business and is the only therapist. She is small but has very strong hands! I've had chronic lower back pain for quite some time now. I've been to other massage places, and Grace definitely exceeded my expectations. I got a full body massage from her, with emphasis on my lower back. It was quite painful at times, but I feel great afterwards! It's been two days since I've gotten my massage and my back hasn't hurt at all yet (it usually hurts 24/7). She ended with a head massage, which was probably my favorite part. It felt so good. Thank you, Grace for your wonderful service!
Grace is this cute little petite woman who looks like she'll give you a very light massage. The exact opposite is true. MAN, grace really worked out my muscles. I have some TMJ issues and Grace really focused on this area as she's medically trained to treat things like this. She was really aggressive in working out my muscles, which at times make me groan in pain. BUT, I literally walked out of there feeling like a different person. I didn't have any type of TMJ pain for a while and I slept better for the next several nights. If you can stand a rougher massage, do yourself a favor and book!
