Thank you, my sweet husband, for always carrying and loving me, Ti Amo Per Sempre, kisses ♥♥♥
The hottest, most beautiful wife in the world on our honeymoon July 2009.
She was just chillin' on the balcony, but she had me speechless just because of these unbelievable legs. My wife is gorgeous, and these legs, my God these legs.
My beautiful hot wife has the most amazing, athletic, gorgeous legs you're ever going to find.
My wife Fran and I went up to The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa to witness this beautiful moon. The shrine sits on top of a big hill and is wide open.
On our morning walk it begins to rain, so I wrap my jacket over us and sneaks a soft sweet kiss..

This beautiful sunset photo was shot on a kayak in the Mount Desert Narrows. It reminds me of the passage of life, from this world to the next.
We can never be certain when our time will come. Some know in advance and prepare, spending time with loved ones, and saying good-bye. These moments can be laced with both joy and sadness, making them emotional and bittersweet.
Sadness arises because we treasure our time here. Perhaps remorse is a sign of a life well spent, and/or a desire to do more. In this reflection, we can see gratitude, a sweet acknowledgment of those strong memories, and an understanding of the good times.
I remember some of my relatives were tired of the long goodbye and just wanted it to end. But I was grateful to spend just a few more hours with them, to say goodbye, to make sure nothing was left unsaid.
This photo is being published this weekend in memory of RuthAnn Dickinson (1958-2020), my friend Frank's wife who passed away last month after a long battle with cancer. Seeing RuthAnn's departure through Frank's eyes on Facebook impacted me, and my thoughts are with him and his family. Frank received a framed print and helped name the photo.
The beautiful warmth returns to the land, her hair out, eyes shining with the free, hopeful playfulness I adore in her... I look at her, those gorgeous eyes... and without fail, those words....

Dark little historical tale. Way pre-#metoo
Yamato Totohi Momoso himemiko (倭迹迹日百襲媛命), the shaman aunt of Emperor Sujin, supposedly committed suicide after learning her husband was a trickster snake-god.
She became the wife of Oho-mono-nushi no Kami. This God, however, was never seen in the day-time, but at night. Yamato-toto-hi-momo-so-bime no Mikoto said to her husband: "As my Lord is never seen in the day-time, I am unable to view his august countenance distinctly; I beseech him therefore to delay a while, that in the morning I may look upon the majesty of his beauty." The Great God answered and said: "What thou sayest is clearly right. To-morrow morning I will enter thy toilet-case and stay there. I pray thee be not alarmed at my form." Yamato-toto-hi-momo-so-bime no Mikoto wondered secretly in her heart at this. Waiting until daybreak, she looked into her toilet-case. There was there a beautiful little snake, of the length and thickness of the cord of a garment. Thereupon she was frightened, and uttered an exclamation. The Great God was ashamed, and changing suddenly into human form, spake to his wife, and said: "Thou didst not contain thyself, but hast caused me shame; I will in my turn put thee to shame." So treading the Great Void, he ascended to Mount Mimoro. Hereupon Yamato-toto-hi-momo-so-bime no Mikoto looked up and had remorse. She flopped down on a seat and with a chopstick stabbed herself in the pudenda so that she died. She was buried at Oho-chi. Therefore the men of that time called her tomb the Hashi no haka [Chopstick Tomb]

One of the few positives of COVID19 was that my wife and I were able to reserve rooms in lodges and stay inside several National Parks last summer. My wife and I had Crater Lake National Park nearly all to ourselves. The only disappointment was that the ring road was not fully accessible due to snow even though it was late June. We experienced a summer day with snow blizzards.
Being from Miami, this proved to be fun since we never see snow. In any case, the park was as beautiful as we had imagined. Glad we made it there!
BTW, I wanted to take the opportunity to inform everyone that Flickr apparently no longer sends notifications to Yahoo mail accounts. I only receive notices regarding promotions by Flickr. As a result, it is impossible to track and reciprocate Faves. Sorry about that and happy holidays!
My beautiful wife enjoying the beautiful morning.
Found this japan made gem - Brilliant-Super 135mm f3.5 manual focus, great bokeh and condition, has a nice feel to it. Had no clue when it was made, came with a m42 adaptor hooked it to my sony a7, and start shooting.
My wife and I were visiting the great city of Budapest a few years back. We used the subway on our way to a folkloric show. This was our view as soon as we left the subway station. Needless to say that were a few minutes late to the show. The photo is a composite. I shot the majestic Parliament building first followed by a quick shot of the moon to get the detail. Both shots were combined with Photoshop. I do not recall if the Parliament is on the Buda or Pest side; however, it is a beautiful sight at day or night time!
Went walking with my wife and son at the windmills of Kinderdijk. As my son is only 5 months old, he probably didn't get much of the surrounding, but it was a beautiful day at a beautiful spot. Here some mills of the Overwaard side of Kinderdijk are visible. The left one is Overwaard no. 3.
It is my first upload in months, because my time to photograph is limited as lots of time is going to the care of my son. I will get back into frequent photographing as soon as my son can come along with me on my bike!

Covarrubias is a Spanish town and municipality, located in the Arlanza region, Burgos province, in the community of Castilla y León.
In the 10th century, the Count of Castilla Fernán González and his son García Fernández made Covarrubias the capital of the Infantazgo de Covarrubias and head of one of the most important monastic manors. For this reason this town is known as "The cradle of Castile."
It presents a well-preserved urban fabric, together with a wide monumental heritage, in which the Torreón de Fernán González stands out, the only Castilian fortress that has been preserved before the 11th century.
Touristically, it forms with the neighboring towns of Lerma and Santo Domingo de Silos the so-called Arlanza Triangle.
Covarrubias, since the 10th century retains its name with very few variations, its etymology is easily explained if we take into account the numerous reddish caves, red-caves, which are located near the urban area, overlooking the Arlanza river, in the road that leads to Salas de los Infantes, passing by the collapsed Monastery of San Pedro de Arlanza. As an etymology, it would not be bad to value blondes (“rubias”) as a possible meaning as ford, or river, from pre-Roman ibi. Near it we have the river Ura (ura means water in Basque).
In the thirteenth century, the name became the toponymic surname of one of the most ancestral families of the place.
Its inhabitants are known as racheles and rachelas, a name that comes from the Hebrew name of Raquel, Jacob's wife, which means beautiful (rajel), used to designate the large number of beautiful and meek ladies that have inhabited Covarrubias throughout the ages. In old Spanish this name was written with "ch": Rachel.
The town of Covarrubias, also called Cradle of Castile, is located 40 km southeast of Burgos, integrated into the Arlanza Triangle, next to the bank of the river of the same name. Town located on the Ruta de la Lana and on the Camino del Cid, the route of the exile of El Cid. A road to Santiago passes through Covarrubias.

the violet-backed starling female (cinnyricinclus leucogaster) is the "wife" of maybe the most beautiful south african starling but...
these birds are erratic.in kruger park they arrive in the summer to breed (november/december).
later they return in central africa.
what is a bit strange sometimes they are abundant,in other years uncommon in the same area.
as the male is unmisteakable is quite easy to see them if present.
i search this bird not casually but also looking in areas where is present a tipical kind of berry,

The beautiful two-toned Dahlia variety "Clearview Avia," shot by my talented wife in the Dahlia Garden of Bayard Cutting Arboretum State Park on Long Island in New York.
My wife wants a canvas of one of our photo's from our Dolomite's trip so I've been scouring the hard drives.
This is one I've not posted before but it's a two shot pano (vertical) and then cropped to a 1:1 format.
Processed through Lightroom and Luminar4 but it has the original sky 😄
We spent the afternoon in the boulder field under Sassolungo pretty much stunned by how beautiful the place was. A few trails but going off piste was not a problem.

My wife and I went to Denali National Park in September for a day trip. We tend to stay away during the busy tourist season and go before and after. We were watching and photographing this beautiful bull moose. My wife kept saying there is something that is making him nervous. After a few moments, the reason for the moose's tension became evident. There was a man with his camera, blue coat tamping through the tundra to get a better photograph. One of the creeds that nature photographers adhere to is not to harass wildlife in order to get a better photo. Obviously, this guy does not feel the need to follow ethical photography. Because of his tramping through the brush, the moose walked away from the noise, over a hill and out of sight.

Haven't done this king of photography much before. I have a great deal to learn in the strobist skills. I thank my beautiful wife for being so kind and helping me to get new inspirations and get better in photography.
Read The Lost Valkyrie in order! Some chapters are NSFW!
The days passed slowly, despite there being much to do, and Ulf felt like he was sleepwalking through them. And he pretty much was, to the point where Thyra took on most of the affairs of the Kingdom. And while she was able to distract herself, Ulf was not.
Instead, the King brooded most of the day on his throne. Or else he was at the village’s shrine to the gods, praying to Odin and Friia for them to send his wife back to him. And day after day, there was no word.
By now all the people had heard that their Queen was a Valkyrie, and that the Valkyries had saved Bollurgard from the demon army. The whole Kingdom was buzzing with discussion for days on end.
Meanwhile, word had also reached King Knud of the demon attacks, and he had finally seen the danger they all were in for himself, as a demon had begun to plague his lands. Now, he finally wanted to meet without preconditions to form an alliance with Bollurgard.
But so far, his messages had gone unanswered while Ulf brooded. His third message was brought to Thyra.
“My Lady,” the bird master said, “King Knud’s third message came addressed to you, begging your pardon, and it is on red parchment. I came at once.”
The Princess opened the small message and read it. “Thank you, I shall discuss this with King Ulf,” she replied to the bird master. “Please send this back to Knud as soon as possible,” she said, writing a quick note and sealing it with her Princess seal, giving the note to the bird master.
Thyra went to the throne room, but not finding Ulf there, she went next to the shrine to the gods. Ulf was there, praying to Odin.
“Allfather, please send my wife back to me. Why do you not answer? My cause is just, Allfather,” she heard him saying.
If Thyra didn’t know from experience that the Valkyries were real - that their stories were true - she might think her brother had lost his mind. But Odin was clearly as real as the Valkyries, and he could be reached with words of prayer. She was loath to interrupt her brother in his grief and need, but she felt she had to.
“Brother,” she started. And he turned to look at her.
“King Knud wishes for support destroying the demon plaguing his kingdom. May I send five of our well-trained men to him from Hans’ guards? It would be a good test for them, my King.”
Ulf waved his hand in dismissal and turned back to his prayers. He’d barely heard her, it seemed. She wondered if he’d even remember, later.
“It hurts, sister,” he said suddenly, still looking at the shrine. “It hurts, and I cannot bear it. By the gods, I won’t fulfill the fate they have in mind for me if they deny me my bride. Tell Knud we have no men to spare at the present. Tell the Allfather the same, when you pray. If he will not help me, I will not help him.”
Thyra walked over to the King and put a hand on his shoulder.
“Brother, you cannot go against the gods. Against your fate. You will bring calamity to your people, and to Midgard. You heard the word of the Valkyrie seeress.”
But King Ulf only scoffed, and when he spoke, his voice was hard as iron.
“I will not serve gods so unjust as to send me the most beautiful, amazing woman in all Asgard and Midgard, set the stage for me to fall in love with her, and then take her away after letting us marry in the full view of them. I will not do it. If they are that cruel, they are hardly better than our demon foes. Send my response to Knud, sister.”
The Princess bowed to the King, though he had never turned to face her. “It shall be done, my Lord.” And she left.
Meanwhile, Rune had arrived without incident at Valhalla with her sisters. As they landed, a Valkyrie came with a message.
“The Allfather bids you prepare for a great victory feast; a feast to celebrate our victories over the demons in Bollurgard! It will be held tonight!”
Indeed, all of Valhalla seemed to buzz with the news! The Mightiest Warrior of Valhalla had returned victorious after almost two months of absence. On her way to the barracks, everyone whom she passed offered congratulations!
“I heard you defeated a power demon!”
“Was the demon army as big as they say? With huge demons in it?”
“We want to hear the whole story of your
