Boobs. We all love them. They come in all shapes and sizes and some women are proud and some women wish for more in the mammary area. I, a big breasted women, can feel the struggle and proudness that comes with this hellish curse. So, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, here is my list of 10 pros and cons of big boobs.
You’d be surprised how many girls I hear complain about how they can’t fill out the top of their shirts properly. “I wish I had bigger boobs. Maybe, my shirt would look better.” Believe it or not, this is a real problem for women with, “smaller assets”. Filling out shirts was never really a problem. I never had to worry about what size shirt would make my chest look better. Though that was the least of my problems in life so far.
Every big breasted women knows what I’m talking about. I may have never had problems filling out a shirt, but I can speak for many when I say that button down shirts was something I had to be cautious of. I always have to take into consideration the size of the shirt and actually try it on before buying it just to make sure I wouldn’t be flashing anyone my bra anytime soon. As a girl who adores flannels, you can see the problem here.
This might be weird, but I literally put everything on my boobs. When I have no more room in my hands to hold stuff, I can always balance things between my boobs and neck for the time being. Papers? Laid perfectly on top. Playing soccer? I’ve never been better at cushioning something to settle and control. I personally think that was my strong point of the team.
The topic of Bras is an entirely other blurb but, let me just say this. Why so much padding? I promise you, we don’t need this much. It’s like I have a personal floating device when I wear a swimsuit and it makes my boobs look obnoxiously bigger than they already are! Please, from a girl with big breasts, WE DON’T NEED THAT MUCH PADDING!!!
As a girl who has played sports since a good part of her life, I know what the term “boob sweat” means to a lethal degree. Grey shirts should be avoided when running, not for the back, for the front. Bands of bras and sports bras get ruined quicker than others. After sweating for too long the smell… It just isn’t great.
I know that grandmas give the best hugs, but have you ever hugged a woman with big boobs? Well, we give great hugs! The built in cushion on our chests makes not only a good pillow for the person you’re hugging, but will also give that comforting feeling that everyone needs sometimes. We’ve been blessed, who doesn’t love hugs?
You know what I’m talking about. That one creep who always wants a hug just to feel them. It’s not cool man. They aren’t there just so you can press against them! They’re sensitive too, so I will get mad next time, okay? Plus, some girls just don’t like hugs, so how about you back off. Chill… Jeez
Okay so, I know this might be a little less- feminist of me, but I generally like free things. Free Food, Free Clothes, Free Drinks (Non-Alc of Course!). But I never know what to do when a guy gives me free things or lowers the prices of things significantly because of my boobs. And don’t give me that, “You might just be nice to him in a bad day” or “ He might just like you,” the guy is obviously looking at my boobs. I see it, he knows I see it, it’s obvious. But what do I do?
It’s extremely degrading to know that the only reason I’m getting this is because I have big boobs and he finds enough entertainment in them to pretty much “Pay me back” with a free meal or with an “Employee Discount”, but can I say I mind? I mean, yes, sometimes I do mind and I do tell them that I do and pay anyway, but… I like free stuff!
I mean, it sucks sometimes, but when I’m running short on cash or I accidentally spend too much than I wanted, it kind of helps… I am in no way condoning it and I really do think it should stop, but again… who doesn’t like free stuff???
I have to say this, any sport where you have to run, I might even say any sport period, is a struggle for big chests. First, finding the right bra. It is so hard to find a nice bra. All the cute ones aren’t in my size. The ones that are my size look like my mom should be wearing it. If I do happen to find one, I always have to buy ones with underwire and after a while, it decides to shank you in the sides.
Then when it comes to sports bras, those are even more elusive to find. Especially one that cooperates with all the sports I play and hope to guy it doesn’t stretch out after a while. The “Running Test” is a must before finding the perfect sports bra. Will they stay in place? Do I sag? Are they going to hit me in the face? There is way more that goes into this.
Then there’s sports that put everything to the test. I have to make sure I don’t look stupid if I run around because my boobs are weighing me down and I don’t want my back to hurt more than it already does. If I swim, I have major drag, track is a no-go, soccer I get hit in the boobs 247. Volleyball, I fall on them a lot, basketball, I just look stupid. It just ain’t happening coach. I’m guessing rugby isn’t going to be that great either, is it?
So today we all learned somethings about the struggles and splendids of big boobed women, but that doesn’t mean you should be comfortable with your boobs size. These were given to women for us to take pride in and for you men with breast, enjoy in the gift with us.
But in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, please take the time this month to get checked or administer a self-check exam. There is no solid research that says that Breast Cancer is tied with breast size, so please, everyone, make it a job to go and make sure to get checked ASAP! Your health depends on it!
It doesn't get more relatable than this.
Rachel Green never fails to make us laugh. From her struggle of a love life, to her job, experiences, to her friendships, we never forget that we can relate. In a society like today, we like memes. Each day comes with a new meme, so why not relate it back tot he meme queen? Or the term that I have coined: a "Rachel Green Meme."

If I am going to be honest, there is nothing quite as refreshing as reading a fantastic quote. When you’re in search for a way to lift your spirits or discover some new revelation, you can never go wrong with some advice from someone you have never met. Whether you are searching for inspiration, guidance, or something just #relatable, hopefully this list of quotes will stir something inside you just as they have within myself.

33 Celebrities with Really, Really Big Boobs ... How Big Are We Talking?

From Christina Hendricks to Kim Kardashian, and from Jessica Simpson to Katy Perry, these celebrities all have amazing boobs.
Amazingly large. Who knew 36H was even a real size?
There’s no denying it, so we might as well appreciate it! Here’s a look at the respective sizes of 33 famous women’s prized assets.
Some of which are almost hard to believe …
We can actually see Sofia Vergara’s boobs in this photo. Settle down, guys. But know that she has admitted they are 32F, which is rather insane.
Charlotte McKinney has been recently challenging Kate Upton’s reign as Queen of the Internet. Here you can see why … they’re 32F as well.
Jennifer Love Hewitt’s SHAPE has been the object of admiration for years. Mainly among men 28-36. Her bra size is reportedly 30GG (Or 30H), which is fairly remarkable.
Katy Perry owes a large part of her success to her breasts. Not all of it, as she has some catchy songs and is a fun performer. But a large part. They’re 32D, and she rates herself a 10 out of 10 in bed too guys.
Mad Men? No one we can think of would be mad about Christina Hendricks’ 32F breasts. Yes, F.
Emily Ratajkowski’s chest measures a 32C. She is gorgeous BTW.
Back before Lindsay Lohan was best known for getting s–tfaced and Photoshopping herself poorly on Instagram, she flaunted her all-natural, curvy 32D figure in various magazines and also acted occasionally. Life was good in those days.
Wow. When did Kylie Jenner get so … yeah, she is really morphing into her big sister Kim Kardashian, but not quite. At 34C, Kylie’s chest isn’t as big as you might think based on her outfits, poses and Instagram filters. We’re sure Tyga’s fine with it whatever it is.
Beyonce owes her success to many things. None of which are directly related to her 32C chest, honestly, but it is as impressive as everything else about her.
Kaley Cuoco freely admits she had a boob job when she was younger. Safe to say the upgrade to 34C worked out well for her career.
She’s more known for her backside, but Kim Kardashian also enjoys showing off a massive rack of 34D proportions.
Courtney Stodden’s famous assets need no introduction. Nor does her relationship with Doug Hutchison. Guy is so old he looks like he’s about to take a nap on those pillows … 32DD style.
Kate Upton. 36DD. Further comment rendered unnecessary.
Jessica Simpson’s 32D breasts only seem small compared to some of the previous entrants on this list. They are not.
Thankfully, before the Internet ruined Playboy’s business model and before the 32D-sized Holly Madison wished she had never posed nude, she got naked and famous from the iconic magazine. No one can ever take that away from us now.
Farrah Abraham’s boobs are fake, along with pretty much all the rest of her body parts and the stories that escape those (fake) lips, but hey. They’re not small. Somehow, she claims they are a 34C. It’s not clear at press time if that’s pre- or post-op, or if Farrah is telling the truth (that’s never clear).
Marisa Miller of Sports Illustrated is one of the all-time babes in our book. And likely many other similar books. Which we really would read over and over again if they featured pictures like this featuring her 32C breasts (among other attributes).
She hides them more often nowadays. But Britney Spears was once all about her breasts, which are 32C.
These breasts are VERY fake. But at least Heidi Montag got her money’s worth out of those 35DDD boobs. Which she later had reduced to a 34C because obviously.
Scarlett Johansson should win the Golden Globes. Every year with those 32DDs.
Hugh Hefner has touched Kendra Wilkinson’s 34D breasts. Sort of puts a damper on them.
Kelly Brook isn’t known for much beyond her 34E bra size. But at least she has A LOT to be proud of.
Wow. Jennifer Lawrence is smoking hot, in anything or nothing. Sorry about those hacked photos, Jen. Wasn’t us. But you, your gorgeous 32C chest and everything else about you look stunning with clothes on as well.
Blake Lively just had Ryan Reynolds’ baby, again. Their babies are getting and up close and personal look at her without any 32C bras required.
Holy, 36C Heidi Klum! This is our favorite dress in the history of dresses.
Aubrey O’Day can’t sing too well. But she gives good cleavage at 34D.
Salma Hayek has some of the most amazing natural curves in Hollywood, and has for the longest time, proving that age is just a number. Also a number: 36C.
Ditto Halle Berry, whose famous figure (34DD) needs no introduction.
For a better idea of why Heather Graham made this list, watch any movie the 34C Heather Graham has ever been in.
Remember British reality star and model Katie Price, a.k.a. Jordan? If you do, we can think of two 32G reasons why. Yes, G. They have since been reduced dramatically.
Pamela Anderson, the OG bombshell. Her 34DD chest is so famous that it’s almost harder to find a clothed photo of it than not.
Amber Rose says she has all natural boobs. They are size 36H.

I’ve spent more time than I’d care to admit in search of the best swimsuits for big boobs, and if you’re reading this, I would imagine that you feel my pain.
Why must it be so difficult?! Traditional “small, medium, large” sizing is an actual JOKE if you’re larger than a D cup. As a 32DD (sometimes 32F) “large” tops might as well be nipple covers on me, so I no longer even bother to try them on.
However, after a LOT of trial and error, I’ve found several brands that design supportive fuller bust bikinis, swimwear with underwire, swimsuits by cup size (the DREAM), D cup swimsuits, and labels that specifically cater to us chesty ladies.
The fuller bust bikinis on my list are almost all sized as separates (thank GOD) so you no longer have to worry about whether your top and bottom are the same size. Spoiler alert: they never are.
I also turned to my fellow busty followers on Instagram for their input on swim brands for fuller chests, and I’ve included many of their suggestions here as well. I’ll continue to add to this list as I discover new big boob-friendly brands .
If you’re not sure what specific style is best for your figure, be sure to check out our guide on the best swimsuits according to your body type !
If you’re in need of swimsuits for large busts, look no further than Monday Swimwear . This brand was started by influencers Devin Brugman (pictured below) and Natasha Oakley, after they discovered a need for swimsuits that accommodate fuller chests and girls with curves.
I own a few swimsuits from Summersalt and can personally vouch for how incredible they are. I love that on the website you can filter based on suits that provide extra “boob support.”
Plus, the fabric of their suits is unlike any other fabric I’ve ever experienced—it’s almost like Spanx material, which means you’re DEFINITELY going to get the support you need.
[You can use the code LINDSAY10 for $10 toward your purchase at Summersalt.]
I can’t tell you how much I love Asos’ swim selection. They have an entire category dedicated to swimsuits for big boobs (which you can easily find on their site by clicking here ) and almost all of the suits are available in cup sizes ranging from 32DD to 36I.
Not to mention, the bathing suits are CHEAP. I’m talking under $50. I’ve always associated “cheap” with “unsupportive” but Asos has truly proved me wrong time and time again.
In my experience the sizing can sometimes be a little off, so I’ll usually order a few different sizes and return whatever doesn’t fit since they have a generous return policy (and free return shipping.)
Who would have thought that Asos would be a treasure trove of underwire bathing suits? Not me.
I currently own this suit in 3 colors and can’t recommend it enough. I wear a size medium. The fabric gives you the extra lift and support that you need. It’s worth noting that the bottoms are fairly skimpy, so if you prefer something more full coverage, this might not be the suit for you.
As we know, supportive bikini tops for full chests are hard to come by—especially when they’re strapless —which makes this bikini a godsend.
The bandeau (and its matching shirred brief bottom ) are one of Swimsuit for All’s best-sellers, and it’s easy to see why. Yet another selling point? The suit is sold as a set, but you can select different sizes for both the top and bottom.
Athleta is another great brand that has a ton of cute and sporty bra-sized swim options.
If you’ve ever searched for G cup swimwear, you know that it can be nearly impossible to find. What’s great about Freya is they have a huge range of swimsuits specifically for big busts —G cup included!
The particular style above is a perfect bikini for large breasts because of the convertible straps. They can be criss-crossed in the back for additional lift and support.
This is another great style , particularly for women who have a small band size, but a large cup size. I, for one, know that finding a good 32DD swimsuit can be a bit of a challenge.
I love wearing my Summersalt Sidestroke Swimsuit with a pair of jean shorts, because it actually ends up looking like a really chic one-shoulder top. (If you need help in the shorts department, I have a guide to the best denim shorts for every body type .)
Searching for the best swimsuits for large breasts that are also super flattering? Look no further than Miraclesuit .
arrgh seriously?! summersalt does not ship to europe. only offers us and canada shipping
ugh I’m sorry!! I’m hoping they’ll expand to more international shipping soon!
As a fellow 32F, let me just say thank you a million times over for this post. I loved seeing all of the different brands and styles you listed! The Bare Necessities site you linked for the Freya suits is my go-to. An excellent selection at reasonable prices. Pretty much a miracle for small band/large cup size!
Finally! Someone who feels my pain as a 32DD. Loving this list. I just got an ASOS one piece and I can’t believe it actually fit both my
