Companies in almost all industries complain about the lack of qualified personnel. But it is particularly acute in industry. According to the Institute for Economic Policy, enterprises have not experienced such a serious deficit for more than a decade. The number of employees is growing, but too slowly. As a result, companies lag behind planned hiring volumes. The mining sector, including mining, is among the most prominent examples.
