Nobody, literally nobody, can tell me they don't have 20-30 minutes to spare each day. I am a gym rat, I spend way too much time in there and have advised countless people to hit the gym. But when I started I was working full time, going to university, girlfriend and dog at home and still managed to find my time to hit the gym.

Nope. I do intense workouts all the time and it's only made my voice and endurance stronger. If you're going in for more strength training just be careful about vocalizing while lifting, much better for your voice to just breathe deep rather than grunting.

The deeper you go the more muscles you use, but only if you can do it in a controlled state. If you go deep but need to put a lot of body english into it to get the weight back up, than you should reconsider your form or strategy a bit.
