The actress' preparation for her new TV show has her looking more muscular than ever
Actress Alison Brie is the star of Netflix's new original series GLOW , a comedy-drama centered on the women's wrestling league of the same name that operated throughout the '80s and early-'90s. The show has received solid reviews thus far, and currently holds a stellar 97 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

To promote the series, Brie has been making her rounds with the press, and this media tour included a particularly candid conversation with Playboy . During the sit-down, Brie touched on a number of topics, including GLOW , her new husband Dave Franco, her adoring fans, and, in particular, those adoring fans of her boobs .

In fact, Brie even revealed a nugget that she says may disappoint those ardent admirers of her figure. Because, while GLOW does indeed feature Brie in a nude scene , she says that her preparation for the role of a female wrestler ended up making her chest somewhat less ample than you may remember.
"It’s humorous to me that people have had a fixation with my boobs," she said. "By the time I’m ready to film a full-nude scene, I am the most muscular I’ve ever been and my boobs are the smallest they’ve ever been. It’s sort of like a f*ck-you to the boob-fetish people."
But during her training for the role, Brie gained more than just muscle: She also picked up a new favorite wrestling move.
"My favorite move is the suplex," she said. "It’s when you have someone in a headlock and you put your head under their arm and then flip them all the way over, and you both back-bump on the mat. With all wrestling moves, you learn the foundation and then you have to just go for it. There’s no in-between. You have to trust that you know how to do it."
