Hey Baba, so I can only speak from my experiences only. If you want a real traditional thai massage you have to go to a regular shop. I’ve never been offered extras inside the places I go for a real Thai massage. That’s a good question. I doubt they’ll try to cut a hole on your bed. I never order room service. I always go direct. My best guess is they’ll bring a foldable massage table to your hotel room.
