We’re looking for a Global Talent Outreach Intern to join our team and work closely with companies across international markets, including the US, UK, and other global regions.

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify global companies, startups, and hiring organisations
• Connect with HRs, Recruiters & Talent Acquisition professionals through LinkedIn and email
• Understand international hiring requirements and introduce our recruitment solutions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential global clients and partners
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings
• Maintain outreach and lead records
• Build long-term professional relationships with international companies
• Work closely with recruitment and business development teams
What we're looking for:

✅ Good English communication is mandatory
✅ Comfortable communicating with international professionals
✅ Strong LinkedIn networking and research skills
✅ Proactive, confident, and comfortable with outreach & follow-ups
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
