Global Predictor? Internal Predictor? Who are they?

Presenter: The following questions from 4 users have the same subject in common. Let’s go through them one by one. The first batch of the questions is from Anatoliy: “Who are the Global Predictor and the Internal Predictor? When did they originate? What goals do they pursue? Are the Internal Predictor authors of the Conception of Social Safety (KOB)? What structures are there around KOB, for example, parties, movements? What organisations do you belong to?

Valeriy Pyakin: As for the Global Predictor, the very term suggests that this is someone who took the governance of globalisation processes on the planet Earth upon themselves. They appeared long ago. First evidence dates back to Ancient Egypt, and everything indicates that they are descendants of the Atlantis civilization. During those 3000 years, the Global Predictor were governing the globalisation process on the planet Earth. All the wars, all the international conflicts are the result of this very governance, this governance concept, this moral basis of the governance expressed in the Bible (AKA Biblical [Old Testament] Project). 

The Internal Predictor are a group of people who took the responsibility to form an alternative globalisation concept, alternative life order concept, having expressed it in austere lexical forms. It’s not something they made up. This is the historical experience of Russia that they summarized and interpreted. Experience that resided in the legends and tales about the past events and that realized itself in the concrete historical past of Russia.

The Internal Predictor don’t create any structures. There are no such structures around the Internal Predictor. All the structures that are being created on the basis of the Conception of Social Safety are based on the social initiative. If someone says that they take Conception of Social Safety as their theoretical platform, this is a social initiative. Not the structural governance by the Internal Predictor. What structure do we belong to? “Foundation for Conceptual Technologies”.

Presenter: Are the Internal Predictor authors of the Conception of Social Safety (KOB)?

Valeriy Pyakin: Definitely. I’ve just said that in austere lexical forms the Internal Predictor expressed the knowledge that was inherent to the Russian people since the beginning of time. 

Presenter: And while we are at it, the question about the origination of KOB: “Founders, generators? Who, when?”

Valeriy Pyakin: We have already answered this question many times. There is a reason for which the  Conception is authorless. So that people judge it by its idea: acceptable or not acceptable. 

Presenter: Couple more questions on the Global Predictor from Oleg Nikishin: “There are 4 concepts (or global projects): Biblical (Americano-European), Quranic, Buddhist and Russian. The Global Predictor are the representatives of the Biblical concept. So what does it mean, are they trying to subdue all the others? Or is it a  “matryoshka” (nesting doll) of a higher supra-system?”

Valeriy Pyakin: There are 4 types of conceptual power (based on the concepts they are utilising). These are: Old Testament-Biblical, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Buddhist and Quranic concepts are to some extent derivatives from either Old Testament-Biblical or Russian concept. The reason is: both Russian and Old Testament-Biblical concepts express attitude to God. One of them implies God’s guidance on Earth. This is what Russian conceptual power expresses, and what to some extent can be seen in both Buddhist and Quranic teaching. The other concept, a purely Satanic one,  expressing theomachy, is represented by the Old Testament-Biblical concept which the Global Predictor pursues. There are traces of this concept in Buddhist and Quranic teachings simply because both of them were integrated in the globalisation process by the Old Testament-Biblical global conceptual power.

Why do we distinguish Japanese and Chinese conceptual powers? While the first two (Old Testament-Biblical and Russian) are conceptual powers of the GLOBAL level of responsibility, meaning they embrace whole Earth; Japanese and Chinese ones are the conceptual powers of the REGIONAL responsibility. They were carrying out a certain concept of globalisation governance in the Asia-Pacific region, where they came across each other. And the reasons of the China/Japan collision lie exactly in the conceptual sphere.

Just wanted to correct the statement on the conceptual powers and conceptions dominating in the world. Could you remind me what the question was? We didn’t respond to it, I just corrected the understanding on  conceptions. 

Presenter: “Or is it a matryoshka (nesting doll) of a higher supra-system?”

Valeriy Pyakin: Well then, essentially I have already responded. I showed that both Buddhist and Quranic teaching were integrated by the Global Predictor into their (subjective) conception of globalisation.

Presenter: The fourth question is from Sergey L.: “Could you please explain how the Global Predictor select and form their human resources base?”

Valeriy Pyakin: Depends on which human resources base. If we talk about the Global Predictor as such, you need to get born into a specific family/bloodline. Because genetic memory does exist, and the accumulated world governance experience that is being passed in this sphere is very important to them. All the rest, depending on the different levels, is solved through various search systems, that, in particular, masonic lodges used to be (and to some extent still are). They would search for active people, test their morality, decide how to inject them into the system and help them move there little by little. But this is up to a certain level. I would say this is just recruitment of service personnel. 

As an example, imagine this. Here is a master house, masters live there. To become a master (that is the Global Predictor) you need to get born into this particular family. And to become a member of the servicing personnel in this house (figuratively speaking, a maid, a gardener, a driver; even though they would govern the whole state, for example the USA, or any other state, doesn’t matter), there are certain forms of search, various masonic organisations.

In the USA, for example, everyone knows this student organisation “Skull and Bones” which is carrying out this kind of recruitment. But these are just lackeys-executors. Resources for this level are sought by the masonic organisations. And the Global Predictor then monitor who of these recruitees develops which capacities and whether they would be able to continue in the group of the Global Predictor.
