🌎✈️ We're Hiring: Global Accessible Travel Consultant (Remote)
Do you have experience in travel planning, customer service, or tourism sales? Are you passionate about helping people explore the world while creating exceptional travel experiences?
We are looking for a Full-Time Global Accessible Travel Consultant to join our growing team and help clients with disabilities and seniors travel confidently to destinations around the world.
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
💵 Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience
What you'll do:
✅ Become an expert in accessible travel destinations worldwide
✅ Communicate with clients via email and phone to understand their travel needs
✅ Create customized travel proposals and vacation packages
✅ Process deposits and coordinate bookings with our Operations Team
✅ Maintain accurate records in our booking system and Excel spreadsheets
✅ Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers
✅ Process payments through our payment portal
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Excellent organization and attention to detail
✔ Customer service and sales experience
✔ Travel industry experience (preferred)
✔ Ability to manage multiple clients and trips simultaneously
✔ Experience with Excel, Gmail, and online systems
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Highly Preferred:
⭐ Previous experience in travel planning, travel agencies, tourism, or hospitality
⭐ Familiarity with international destinations
⭐ Additional language skills
