The Doc Johnson/Wendy Williams Triple Anal Training Butt Plug Kit is your basic anal trainer kit, as it comes with three butt plugs in various sizes, with each one a unique shape that’ll provide a distinct sensation. For beginners, it’s likely the best pick.
Design: All three of these anal trainers are made from a translucent skin-safe rubber. Each plug features a tapered tip that allows for easy penetration and a flat suction-cup base to prevent the plug from going in too far. The purple color of this kit is very cute – they look little marshmellows! I like unintimidating anal training kits, and these are most definitely as unintimidating by design as humanly possible.
Performance: When you’re starting out with this kit, you’ll want to use the smooth, 4-inch plug. When you’re ready, you can progress to the textured middle plug and then finish with the large bulbous plug. Since the plugs are made from rubber, they can be submerged in water. Unfortunately, this also means that the rubber material is a little flexible, therefore making penetration somewhat challenging. With some lube, though, it’s usually not a problem – once you get the hang of it.
Verdict: I’m not a novice with anal training, so for me, the smallest plug was a bit too small. Verdict: I like the ribbing on these plugs, especially the larger plug because it gives me that full feeling that I enjoy. I do think the jelly material is too flexible for easy insertion – I had some difficulty starting off because the plug would wiggle when I tried to insert it. However, once I learned how the flexibility of the plugs is designed, it was noticeably easier to use them as anal training tools. All in all, they are pretty damn solid anal training plugs – but I can’t call them the best.

Verdict: While I’m not a beginner by any means, I still like a plug that gradually gets wider as I slide it in, and these aren’t it. With that said, when they are in, they feel quite satisfying, even though their flexibility made it a little challenging getting the bigger ones to work for my body.
