She is finding life at community college hard and is tempted to return to Jabril and his promises of love and a luxurious life. But his new pot habit and return to cheating ways force her to decide what she really wants. New character Shanice finds that working at Adrienne’s club brings her plenty of money and lucrative, though illegal, side jobs, including a relationship with Jabril. I really enjoyed this book. So many unexpected twists and turns. Never a dull moment. A great storyline and very well written. Have enjoyed all of this authors books so far. So if you're looking for a great read and are tired of reading about drug dealers and strippers then this book is for you. Will most definitely keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what is about to happen.
This book took no time at all to finish! It was excellent I couldn't put it down! Nichelle was a hot mess! The lives of basketball wives! Fake pregnancies! This book has it all! Please don't stop writing Ms Poole! You are truly blessed and I look forward to the next book!
I enjoyed the book from beginning to end as well as the girls in my book club. I don't know any women who would do some of the things that Shaniece and Courtney did but it goes to show that there are many women who are exactly like these two and get everything and "US" working/independent girls get the short end of the stick. This book kept me entertained.
I really enjoyed this book. You don't know people like you think you do. Everyone have a lesson to learn and a story to tell from this book. I don't want to tell the book, so buy it today.
I've been reading books from this author since her first novel Yo Yo Love. This was an fun summer read.

Ms. Poole has done it again! I loved how the characters from her previous book all intertwined! The story line is great and very current.
