But Miley Cyrus showed off more more than she bargained for at Saturday's pre-Grammy bash in LA when she nearly popped out of her daring black gown.
Displaying a hint of sideboob throughout the evening, the actress nearly came a cropper when the risqué dress gaped open to reveal a clear nipple cover.

Living up to her wild child reputation, the 20-year-old left little to the imagination in the floor-length, black Emilio Pucci halter-gown and was constantly checking that it preserved her modesty.
Looking typically edgy with her blonde hair spiked up and showing off a hint of leg under the sheer dress, the star spent the evening mingling with friends at the bash honoring L.A. Reid at the Beverly Hilton.
Adding to her rocky look, the former child star wore black, smokey make-up on her eyes, Versace boots and jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira.

The Hannah Montana star, who struck her tongue out in a number of snaps, spent much of the evening chatting to more demurely-dressed Katy Perry.
The raven-haired 28-year-old looked like a silver-screen angel in a Rafael Cennamo long-sleeve boatneck gown with pearl embroidery.

Not seen Saturday was Miley's fiancé Liam Hemsworth, who will star in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire due out November 22.
The Hannah Montana star is currently working on her fourth studio alum, slated for a 2013 release.
Waiting close by was Perry's on/off boyfriend since June, John Mayer.

The 35-year-old womanising bluesman wore a cream suit to match his girlfriend's sumptuous gown as they chatted up 16-time Grammy winner Sting.
But the California Gurls hitmaker has decided to make the Grammys a 'Girls' night this Sunday and she'll be taking actress Allison Williams as her date.
'I am going to the Grammys and Katy Perry is my date,' the HBO starlet told Anderson Cooper Thursday.

According to E! News , the lovebirds have even double dated with the Girls actress and her boyfriend, College Humor founder Ricky Van Veen.

However, Mayer will easily be able to join them in the awards festivities as he is scheduled to present an award at the Grammys.
John has a notorious reputation for loving and leaving some of Hollywood's most eligible ladies, including Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Love-Hewitt, and Minka Kelly.
'I was just a jerk,' the Born and Raised singer admitted in a sit-down interview with CBS Sunday Morning airing February 10.

Also performing at the star-studded event were singers Miguel and Sting, who had the audience yelling and hollering in excitement when he took the stage.

The 55th annual Grammy Awards - airing live this Sunday on CBS - will feature performances from Elton John, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Sting, Frank Ocean, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, and Kelly Clarkson.
It will also reportedly be the first red carpet appearance of on/off couple Rihanna and Chris Brown since he brutally attacked the Barbadian pop star after the 2009 Grammys.

I can't put the word "horny" in the title without Youtube getting very grumpy with me, so just infer that it's supposed to say it there.

I love a good video essay now and then. The only thing I love more than a good video essay is a terrible one.

Considering - regardless of the content - video essays make BANK, I wanted to give a go making a joke of an essay that ticks every single one of those essay cliches.

Unfortunately after 2 minutes I ran out of jokes and just ended up making an actually educational and helpful video about writing exposition. Which is kinda funny. A cliche of bad video essays is that by the end of the video you look back and go "wow that was 30 minutes and I don't think I learned anything valuable."

If you find that you have gained any knowledge about film or feel like you've learned anything at all from this video, I'm sorry and I want to make it clear that that was not my intention.
