Another horrific bullying video has recently surfaced from China.
A teenage girl from the city of Hengshui in Anping County was filmed being savagely beaten by a group of several girls then stripped to her underwear, reports the People's Daily Online .
The incident took place on January 21, but it wasn't until February 3 that the video went viral online. Since the footage was uploaded all of the bullies have surrendered to the police.

Three of the suspects have been named as Li, Jia, and Hou, aged 14, 13 and 16. 
According the report, they went to the police station with their parents and handed themselves in. 
The young girl in the video who was violently bullied has not been named, but she is said to be 16-years-old. 
All of the girls involved in the incident are reported to have dropped out of school.
The shocking video, which is over two minutes long, shows the victim stood in the middle of a car park surrounded by several other girls as one person films. 
She is wearing a checked shirt at first as three girls begin slapping and kicking her, helplessly she stands there and takes the beating. 
It doesn't take long before the girls take her shirt and top underneath off and she is left standing there in just her bra. They even try to take that away from her. 
Throughout the whole footage, the bullies are constantly mocking and laughing at the young girl as they beat and strip her. 
The poor girl can be heard crying and is clearly in distress. After beating her some more, the bullies throw her clothes at her before the filming stops.

They allegedly stripped the young girl in front of a male teenager who watched the whole event unfold, shaming her as they went. 
After the incident, the Anping County Public Security Bureau expressed great importance in catching the bullies. 
They urged the them all to come forward and surrender.
It wasn't long after the video was shared online for the girls to come forward and admit to their crime. 
The Anping County Public Security Bureau are currently investigating the incident. 
According to the report, Hou, the eldest of the bullies has been detained, but the other two Jia and Li, have not because they did not meet the legal age in China of criminal responsibility. 
In a statement, the police said all the culprits will be punished accordingly.
This is the second shocking bullying video to come out of China in less than two weeks. 
On February 5, the Mail Online reported an incident where a girl was filmed being kicked by her classmates over 40 times.

It comes after similar footage emerged online showing the moment a 15-year-old schoolgirl was stripped and brutally beaten by a gang of girls in Lingao, Hainan province. 
The horrifying video went viral and prompted a debate online about teen violence in China and whether or not passersby should have intervened. 
A study by China Youth Research Centre last year revealed that out of 5,864 respondents in 10 provinces, 32.5 per cent of young people said they had been bullied.

There was a boy in my neighborhood named Tim and he used to bully me. When we were younger, he would just tease me, threaten to beat me up, or depants me. But as we got older his bullying turned into molesting.
Tim was always in the same grade I was, but was a year or so older because he had flunked 3rd grade and was held back. And not only was Tim older, but he was bigger and tougher than me.
