This footage shows the horrifying moment a teenage girl repeatedly stomped on another girl's head after apparently tasering her for turning her brother in to police over an attempted murder.
The shocking footage shows a woman slamming her foot down on a girl's head while several people watch, with at least two people appearing to film the beating on their cell phones.
The victim, who can be seen curling up until a ball, unable to fight back or flee, says the attacker tasered her before launching into the vicious assault outside a motel in Fresno, California.

The victim and witnesses said the attacker used a Taser on her victim, causing her to fall to the floor
Witnesses said the attacker appeared to believe her victim turned her 15-year-old brother into the police over an alleged attempted murder

The victim told ABC 30 that she was tasered by the teenager and was so shocked by the stun gun that she could not escape.
Witnesses, who did not wish to be named, said the attacker appeared to believe her victim turned her 15-year-old brother into the police over an alleged attempted murder.
A boy believed to be the attacker's brother was arrested on attempted murder charges following a shooting in Fresno last July and is due to go on trial soon.

Officers were called to the parking lot of the University Inn (pictured), opposite California State University, Fresno, on Saturday afternoon but by the time they got there everyone had left
But the victim told the news station that she did not think the assault was related to the shooting.
Police have seen the video of Saturday's brutal assault but said the victim has not come forward, making it difficult for them to take action.
