Basically I (23M) had been visiting my parents and other family members for a few days and was supposed to go home about a week ago. But then I get a call telling me my roommate has tested positive but is asymptomatic and that I shouldn't return to my apartment for 2 weeks. Luckily (if I can still say that) my brother (27M) lives kinda close to me and said I could stay at his place so I didn't have to change flights.
After I arrived he picked me up and we decided to catch up at the Burger King just down the street from his apartment. Then he got an emergency call from his boss and had to go into work ASAP. He gave me his spare key just before he left and told me to just go to his place. It was around almost midnight at this point. When I got there I had a quick look around and saw that his bedroom door was open and his girlfriend (25) was sleeping. I thought I should probably try not to wake her up and quietly shut the door, looking back I should have left a note or something. Not long after that, I went to sleep on the couch for the night.
The next morning I woke up same time I normally do and went to the kitchen to make coffee. When I sat back down on the couch I noticed the sound of the shower coming from the bathroom, I didn't think anything of it. Then when I was sitting there waiting for my coffee to cool I the bathroom door opens. Out comes his girlfriend. She must've not known I was there, forgot her conditioner or something and thought she could quickly run back to the bedroom and get it, because she had left her towel in there and was completely nude. Like it's not bad enough that I've my brother's girlfriend in the buff, it also turns out she has a dick. You read that right, a dick.
This was a big (no pun intended) surprise to me. She looks like any other normal girl and, other than what I had just saw, there is nothing masculine about her. She had also never told me or anyone else in my family (as far as I'm aware) and she doesn't share a lot of LGBT related stuff on her Facebook or Instagram.
As soon as she saw me she gasped and ran back into the bathroom to get her towel, and then came back out and started apologising to me. She was panicking and pleaded me not to tell anyone. I promised her not to and we haven't spoke about it. Not gonna lie, it was awkward for the next day or two, but I think we're fine now.
I've not told my brother what happened and dont plan to. I'm guessing he already knows and how the fuck do you bring that kind of thing up?

That was more his fuckup than yours. When one lets someone crash, THEY are supposed to inform their partner/significant other, not the crashing guest. Sounds like everything is fine though, so I wouldn't worry about it unless your brother or his girlfriend want to talk to you about it, and it still shouldn't be something to worry about. These things can happen

Your brother is the fuck up here. But maybe next time instead of just going in even if you have a key, maybe ring the doorbell? Even if it wakes her up you can apologize, explain you didn’t want to scare her, and that your brother got a call from work. Just for the future.
As for her secret, don’t bring it up with your brother. If she wants to tell him and he wants to approach you, that’s one thing. But if you don’t bring it up, it’ll reassure her that you’re not offended or whatever, and that you’ll keep it to yourself (and please do).
