We've come to expect the unexpected with Miley Cyrus. The controversial 23-year-old shocked fans on Thursday with a DIY nipple piercing video using a prosthetic breast.
Cyrus already has a total of 41 tattoos (so far) and multiple piercings, however it is not believed she has a nipple piercing.

Cyrus, who has been an avid '#FreeTheNipple' campaigner, is not shy about showing off her breasts in public.
Speaking to TV talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel last year she explained her reasoning.
Shocking is the standard she likes to set: Miley Cyrus.
"The humans aren't afraid of the human breast, it's the nipple that's the issue" she said.
"I'm showing my boobs and no one has a problem, but the nipples are covered so somehow that's ok. It's insane because the nipple that you can't show is what everyone has. But the jug part that everyone doesn't, you're allowed to show underboob. I've never understood the way it works."
Some fans expressed surprise over the video, believing that she may tone down her desire to shock now that she is allegedly back with ex-fiancé, Liam Hemsworth.
The couple spent New Year's together at Byron Bay's, Falls Festival and it has been rumoured that their engagement is back on.

After meeting in 2009 on the set of The Last Song , the pair were together for five years.
Now, Cyrus has posted photos of herself on Instagram account wearing the 3.5 carat Neil Lane ring that Liam proposed with in 2012.
A source told PEOPLE magazine that the engagement is back on.
"Miley is beyond happy to be engaged to Liam again," said the source.
"It might seem sudden, but they have been very close for the past few months."
"She likes the way she feels about herself when she's with him.They really get each other. They don't have to do much and they are having fun. They make each other laugh and can talk for hours. It's an effortless love and they have an undeniable chemistry."
According to the Daily Mail , Miley and her four dogs started moving back into Liam's Malibu home last Friday.
What's true remains to be seen, but as we now know with Miley, we can expect the unexpected.

Even in quarantine dancehall songstress Shenseea aims to please, well mostly her male fans that is. The ShengYeng queen indulgently wished everyone (all her 2.4 million followers) a “Goodnight” on Wednesday evening on Instagram. The interesting part of her dusk’s farewell was the unassuming photo she graced on the post.
With her naturally beautiful tresses flowing loosely and brushing over her shoulders, she leans forward regarding the lens quite poised and charming. She’s wearing a baby pink marina top that crops right at the crest of her navel to highlight her sexy piercing in the range. Though, like any admirer would, an ogling double take unveils more.
At a closer glance, we can see two new arrivals nicely perched in the vicinity of appropriating barbell nipple rings. She makes no mention of the perforating trinkets but her fans certainly did –
“Those new piercings cute 👀”, “Congrats on finally getting them done, you’ll enjoy them 😍😏” and “I knew you was going for that piercing sis 🔥😂” are the comments chorusing on her IG feed, plus a tireless thread of heart-eyed smiley faces and fire emojis complete with the 248,564 Likes that she has so far (less than 24hours ago).
It looks like Shenseea is keeping things spicy but for who, that is still unknown. The bombshell revealed some time back that she was tired of being single and wanted a new suitor, this she did in the guise of a simple tweet saying “I think i want a boyfriend now”.
A short time before that, she was rumored to be dating popular music producer Rvssian , especially after he gifted her with a lavish diamond encrusted Rolex wristwatch. Even to date, suspicions are still circulating about her tight knit relationship with manager Romeich Major.
Let’s not get it twisted however, the 23 year old Trending Gyal singer can have her pick of any man her sweet little head desires, after all she’s the baddest, most desired female artiste in Jamaica right now.

It’s safe to say we can pretty much identify the Kardashians by their nipples because they expose them so much. And though she doesn’t do it as often as her older sisters, Kylie Jenner does show off her nipple piercings from time to time.
The 19-year-old is following in the footsteps of big sis Kendall with her recent Instagram post that exposes her nipple ring through a lace bra. Ky loves the image so much that she’s even selling shirts with the pic on it.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s body is constantly being talked about. When it’s not people discussing her body piercings, it’s people accusing her of plastic surgery . Most recently, it was a supposed butt scar that got the attention of followers.
“What happened to her butt,” one commenter wrote. Another added, “Omg what happened to her? That’s a big scar.”
In the end, the mystery mark was deemed to be her red tattoo . One follower even said, “That’s what happens when you get red tattoos, everyone thinks it’s a scar.”
Though the whole Kardashian family has undeniably gone under the knife , the youngest sister has only admitted to filling her lips, not getting her breasts or butt done as fans suspect.
“I’m not against plastic surgery,” she said in 2015. “But as of now, I only have fillers. Like I’ve said before, it has always been a huge insecurity of mine, and I wanted to make a change.”
She credits her changing frame to just your average weight gain.
“Everyone is obsessed with that,” the lip kit mogul said. “Truth is, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve gained 15 pounds and my body has changed; I’ve definitely filled out.”
Well, we wish we gained weight like that!
