This is indeed the weirdest thing we’ve heard in quite a while! A woman, originally from Pakistan went to the doctors believing that she was 7 months pregnant, just to find shocking news: the ultrasound revealed a giant snake growing inside her. As unbelievable as that seems, it’s apparently true, 50 year-old Rasheedan Bibi claims to have accidentally swallowed a tiny snake from her drinking water, two months after the incident, her abdomen started swelling and the woman thought she was pregnant. After another 5 months she was extremely swelled and ill, that’s when she went to the doctors to find out what is wrong. The results were amazing, she had a huge snake growing inside her, now she seeks help at the authorities, because she can not afford the extraction procedure. How the snake grew in her body, still remains a medical mystery…
It’s amazing how the body didn’t reject the foreign animal immediately, and even more amazing and mysterious is what the gigantic snake inside her eats… The questions will remain unanswered until the surgeons operate Rasheedan Bibi from Saggar and take the snake out.

A woman found out why her beloved pet snake had been acting strangely in a story that has been going viral on Facebook.
A woman who slept with her pet snake every night noticed the animal had stopped eating recently, and took it to the vet to find out the cause of her pet's change in behavior, according to a post from Boredom Therapy. The snake, a large python, would sleep in bed with her, curling around her body.
When the snake's owner took it to the vet, the doctor revealed a shocking piece of information. The snake's appetite hadn't gone away, in fact, the vet said, it was preparing its stomach for a big meal that it had been getting ready to eat -- the woman.
Thanks to the vet, the story goes, the woman narrowly avoided becoming her python's next meal. In another version of the story online, the snake was cuddling with the woman because it was measuring itself compared to its owner's body, to check if it was large enough to swallow her whole, and a different version concludes with the vet telling the woman to have the snake euthanized.
Debunking site Snopes has listed the story as false, and examined the origins of the urban legend. The site speculates that the story may have been partly inspired by a 2008 news story from Australia involving a snake that swallowed a pet dog. The family reportedly looked on in horror as their Chihuahua was swallowed whole by a 16-foot-long python.
According to the news report, the snake had been stalking the family's dog for some time, and in the weeks before the attack, the body of the family's cat was found looking like something had attempted to swallow it. A week before the Chihuahua was attacked, the family's pet guinea pig had been eaten by a smaller python.
Pythons, Snopes said, do not measure their prey before going after their meals. In addition, experienced owners of large snakes know it is common for them to go without food for relatively long periods, so it wouldn't be a reason for the owner to take the animal to the vet.

A purported x-ray image supposedly showing a long slender creature inside of a person’s stomach has been attached to a wide variety of stories over the years:

This x-ray shows the case of an unfortunate woman who happened to have a snake crawl into her vagina, slither through the fallopian tube, and out past the ovary into her body cavity. It survived unknown for three days until the snake started eating her appendix.

In addition to the aforementioned tale of a snake crawling into a woman’s vagina and eating her appendix, this image has also been accompanied by stories about tapeworms , eels, and anal insertions, and is frequently included in galleries exhibiting examples of the “weirdest things found inside the human body.”
For example, the website Bold Sky used this image in March 2016 to illustrate a story about a man who inserted an eel into his anus:
Lolz! This is the funniest of all. A man from China admitted himself to a hospital when he accidentally got a live eel stuck inside his anus. He said that he was inspired by the porno world so much that he wanted to try something unique. Doctors claim that the eel was alive when the man was being operated, but it died shortly after it was removed.
Although some news stories have chronicled tales (accurate or not) of people eating tapeworms to lose weight and inserting eels or snakes into their anuses in pursuit of sexual thrills, the above-displayed image did not stem from any such activities.
This image originally appeared on Cyberium.net , a web site dedicated to strange and manipulated digital artwork, circa 2002. The artwork on the web site was divided into punny categories, such as HumAnimals, WoManipulations, and surRealities: “The images you find here are the result of digital manipulation of photos that try to capture the reality of the world in which we live, my purpose consists in recycling their meaning to explore a different hidden reality, my mind …”
The artist behind this picture, who identified himself only as “Guido” on the web site, initially posted the artwork under the title “Original Sin”:
