If you own a pair of underwear that's to big on you than it shouldn't be too hard to get those plastered to your forehead. If it's hard for you to achieve the atomic wedgie try it standing and lying down, also you'll probably have to do a few wedgies to stretch out the underwear. And trust me, there is nothing more satisfying than finally getting the day of the week on your waistband snapped to your face. Bra-Connection Wedgie This one is great for when you want a secret wedgie and it works everywhere. It's simple, just connect your bra and panties by threading the bra strap through your leg holes. I do this wedgie when we have early release days in school or when it's cold and im wearing a lot of layers. Sorry boys but unless you can use your mom or sister's bras than you are left out on this one. Hanging Wedgie There are a few challenging things about this wedgie. One finding a place that can support your weight and won't rip your underwear. Two adjusting to the pain of this wedgie. Three make sure you don't get caught in this wedgie or else you will have a lot of explaining to do. -A place to hang. There are many different options to do this wedgie and I will name a few. 1 Fence- If you have a picket fence and something like a stool than the hanging wedgie can be easy. Just climb up, hook your underwear on the fence, and fall. The risk is that you are out in the open and people can see you. 2 Exercise Machine- If you have an exercise machine with a a hook high enough for your feet to be high off the ground than you have yourself a hanging wedgie. Just make sure you can get down. 3 Door wedgies- both of these require rope so you're out of luck if you don't have that. The first method is tying the rope to the highest door hinge on a door and them tying the rope to your underwear and stand on a stool. Then lift your feet up and you will be hanging. Or you can loop the rope over the door and tie it to something sturdy and tie the other end to your underwear. Those were just a few ideas but almost anywhere that can support your weight and is off the ground will work. Also be logical when choosing a spot. For example if your parents use the garage to park their cars, don't hang in the middle of the garage where you have about 3 seconds to get down before someone sees you. -Preparing for the hanging wedgie. The hanging wedgie is the most painful wedgie out there, so you have to have a good resistance to wedgies. You can do this by just getting any wedgies. Try the wedgie for ten seconds in just your underwear, see where the most pain is. If your underwear is digging into your hips put socks where it hurts. If it's the front that hurts you which it is most of the time, give yourself a frontal wedgie and keep it in for a whole day and while you sleep. Than try it again. If it's the back that hurts and hang for 5 seconds and pick your wedgie and repeat this until it hurts less and less. -Not getting caught in the wedgie. Practice getting out of the wedgie multiple times until you can do it very quickly. If you are using rope it is smart to bring scissors just incase you have very little time to react to someone walking in. Snug Wedgie This isn't a very well known wedgie but it's still a great one. Get your smallest pair of underwear that you own and give yourself a normal or frontal wedgie. This wedgie is good for being home with other people without them knowing you're getting a wedgie. When my family was doing a yard sale I saw a pair of my brother's really old briefs and thats what I use for my snug wedgie. What I have found to be the best way to do this is with a chin up bar at the top of your door frame and a bunch of bungee cords. You know the strong elasticated cords with the metal hooks at each end? Yeah, those. I got a pack with all different sizes for some diversity in what I could do. I put 2 short bungee cords over the top of the chin up bar with the 2 hooks hanging down. Then I put a medium sized cords through the leg holes on each side of my pants. I then stand on a stool and attach the hooks from the cords on top of the bar to the hooks on the cords in my pant leg holes. I then step off the stool to find myself helplessly hanging in the door way by my pants. The cords are elasticated too allowing for some bounce while you hang there and struggle. Because I got about 15 different sized cords in a pack for about £10 I'm able to do lots of different things with them and can even make little slings for my legs to go in, creating a sort of cradle that I can bounce around in. The possibilities are endless really, the cords are so versatile. Also because you don't need to tie any knots or anything like that, it's very easy to get out of it if you need to quickly, by simply unhooking the cords. Be careful though because since they are elasticated I guess there is a chance of them breaking or becoming unhooked and giving you a painful whip or dropping you to the floor hahah. If you're careful with the placement though you can avoid this quite well.
