Communities > HIV Prevention > Female ejaculated (squirted) in my mouth while giving her oral - Am I at high risk?

3 weeks ago I had protected vaginal intercourse, but was giving unprotected oral sex to a lady that I know is very sexually active.  Suddenly she squirted and all the liquid came inside my mouth - I didn't swallow and after 3 seconds I spit it on the bed.  In addition to that, before the oral sex we where involved in deep kissing and I realized the following day that my inner lip was cut as a consequence.

On the one hand I hear there is minimal risk for cunnilingus, however this time female ejaculation was involved and went all inside my mouth while I had a cut in my inner lip.  I wanted to know if I have been at significant risk for contracting HIV.

I am really worried, so your help would be much appreciated.  I cheated on my girlfriend by going to have sex with this lady; I normally have unprotected sex with my girlfriend since I was tested before and came up clean but now I am worried to have been at risk and to pass it on to her!

Thanks a lot!

Thanks Teak - I will checkout Oral STDs in the other forum!

The only thing you have to be concerned about is Oral STDs. For further disscussion on STDs you need to post your questions in the STD Forum.

I am also hoping that female squirt is indeed urine as from what I read urine doesn't contain HIV unless there is blood in it... however if it is more like vaginal fluid then the virus was potentially there (of course, if and if she is positive).  The liquid was completely clear and not thick at all, very close to water or pee.

I think I will put my concerns at rest for now based on your great feedback.  I was more concerned about passing it to my girlfriend than having gotten it!

Yes, but small cuts are not an exposure risk.

Thanks for your reassuring words Teak - so saliva will inhibit HIV even with a small cut presence?

Saliva contains over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibit HIV transmission.

I am worried mainly because I had a cut in my mouth while receiving the squirt in it and held the liquid for about 3 seconds before spiting it on the bed.

I called the lady and she told me she had her annual checkup 2 weeks before our encounter and she was clean; I stressed if her checkup included HIV testing and she said yes - Despite this, I don't feel 100% comfortable relying on her word.

Thanks Teak,

But I guess I was referring to have received squirt in my mouth (potentially HIV infected) while bleeding from the kiss cut.

Thanks again!

Oral sex is not a risk and kissing is not a risk.
