Looks like Gina's tweet sparked it all because Josh's quit message on IG was ages ago... It seems to be damage control done very poorly!
Josh talked about how he was mistreated on his twitch and then also commented on the mandela jkn video talking about how he was treated differently than everyone else which those that left the company all agreed on and that it was 6 years of dealing with this so he was glad he's left now. Those comments are now gone. Basically what we all thought about him being bullied was true, he said he felt just "tolerated" by the cast which is why he didn't feel comfortable going to company events and just shrugged awkwardly when they jumped on him. He said he was treated very differently than everyone else and that he even got a 3 page text from Tiff after a game which he thought she would never do to anyone else. Gina went after him super hard because he revealed that he wasn't invited to her birthday but the cast said he was and didn't go during a video which was awkward for him and he didn't know what to do so he went along with the lie. So basically jk is doubling down on bullying him to cover their asses and silence him. It's clear that Josh has had enough of their bullying since in the Christmas mafia video he told them straight up "If anyone else did the same thing you guys wouldn't say shit but your saying shit to me so fuck you" when they all attacked him and called him stupid for making a brilliant yet risky move when they said nothing to Bart who threw the game. Josh is finally tired of their bs and the bullies don't like that. Gina even gloated that her posts scared him off on twitter. The way they responded is disgusting. I'm an og jk fan and even listen to all their podcasts but I'm so disgusted by them right now. They're proving to be not nice people and I don't support bullies.
That is what I have come to realise. The spark was the post on the mandela video and Gina felt the need to go after Josh for burning the JK bridge. The funny thing is that nothing was surprising to the viewers. We all knew about the bullying because the social dynamics and Josh's awkwardness makes him a very easy target to the A personalities on set. It was so stupid for Gina to put her foot in her mouth to create this storm in a teacup.
I actually watched the Mandela Effect video before hearing about all of this & thought Steve's comments at the end came out of left field, but isn't much different than any of the other digs he takes at other JK members. The main difference is that Steve says it when those are present. This time Josh isn't there to defend himself, which is he wrote his comments.
It's pretty obvious that anyone that watches JK that they aren't the bullying types(especially joe). I find them entertaining but I know they are a group of assholes at the end of the day. It's extra obvious when they interact with someone who is not aggressive and more meek. Like Josh, Julia, etc.

Gina should have just shut her damn mouth. If she didn't say anything, all of this would have blown over and barely anyone would have known what Josh said. I'm sure the JK fam is loving all this attention.

So, I can definitely imagine everyone having to tolerate Josh cause even watching the JKP videos Josh is so......slow. I'm sure he's very smart when he has time to think but the dude is not that great at quick thinking or following the directions of a game. Plus he was was often the worst player on teams. I would genuinely feel bad for the players that had him on their team cause he was gonna just tank it. I never cared when he was in the video and it's not like he had great commentary 90 percent of the time either. I imagine everyone just got frustrated with Josh because he just couldn't keep up or even follow the simple directions and at a certain point it's hard to hide those feelings, but because he was a coworker and a part of the team they tolerated him.
It just seems more like Josh got tired of being treated like the dumb friend and they were getting tired of dealing with the dumb friend. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Ive heard about this multiple times but never got the actual background of it.
During a JK party episode of Mafia Josh killed Tiffany first and she was upset. Inside the video it said that she really wasn't upset and she had to go pick up Isaac which was a lie. I believe after the ending of just kidding party he did a stream showing the text between them exposing the lie. Gina got involved for some reason and said he was messing with her money. And I really don't understand how. Josh was also saying how he was mistreated a little when he was there.

Steve was throwing subtle disses at Josh during a JKnews mandela video. Josh comes out and says how he is glad he left and how previous people in the company have said he was treated differently. Gina sees the comment then starts throwing shade towards Josh on Twitter to try to cancel him, Josh deletes comment. Twitter start shading her and Tiff because they start proving everything of what Josh had said in a Q and A on Twitch. Everyone starts going after Tiff and Gina because of her Passive Aggressiveness. Nelson, Gina, Steve go on discord to continue throwing more shade but end up making themselves look way worse. They also were liking negative comments made towards him during the whole incident. Josh comes out saying that " He made up with them " but then they just start shading him in a few videos afterword. Joe then uses Josh in his YT thumbnail as clickbait for views for his channel. Josh posts a video on his channel saying he apologized on his end which means no apology was given to him. You could probably just ask him

I am not tonsure of the timeline. The bottom line is that there was a string of situations where people from jk just went after josh.
When playing mafia, he killed Tiff, she got upset and left instead of waiting like she was supossed to. Then lied and said that she had to lick up her son (which made no sense, what would have happened of Josh didn't killed her?). This particular situation devolved into Tiff sensing him a text with a tirade of shit. And the playing the victim saying that he always "bullies her" while playing. And that they constantly have to dl reshoots and esit to make him look better, which also doesn't make sense.
The thing is, that Josh finally said suring a stream that he didn't feel well in JK, which was kind of obvious, everyone has seen the way the games go.
Then Gina went on the offensive, and posted about how Josh owed them whatever fame he has (which is fucked up). But the worst part is how she prouds herself on being a bully.
Then other people either explained their sides pf the whole thing (like Nelson), others exploited the situation for profit (like Joe) and others went to passibly agressively insert themselves in tje situation (like Steve and Nikki).
Now, mind you, Josh is no saint either. I have noticed stuff in videos, I feel like he is prone to small outbursts, like he can't control his emotioms well enough.
Then again, this is a group who is very codependant, they mostly live in a bubble, the support eachother to the point that they purposely make themselves unaware of how the rea world works and how they are perceived. They are also very shady people. They lie with the same ease as they breathe.
Imagine burning bridges with a company that plucked you from obscurity and gave you a job, being too scared to talk to us in person, and talking shit online instead. People really need to remember where the fuck they came from.-Gina Darling 2020
