As you Guy may know. I love to eat and eyspecially I love sweet stuff like Cakes and everthing else ;-) However, I don’t eat stuff like that anymore but if I want to cheat a little, I just make my selfmade Applecakes/pies :-) They taste so damn delicious and they are actually a healthy snack that I have to show you the recipe. I also Made a Video about those cakes :-) Enjoy ;-D
Recipe for 1-2 Persons//Time you need: 5-10min
2 Eggs, 1 Apple, 1 Scoop Whey Protein (Chocolate flavior) and a little bit Cinnamon and Stevia Sweet (1 Teaspoon Oliveoil to bake)
Cut the Apple into small pieces, Give both eggs, 1 Whey Scoop and Stevia to the the apple and mix everything together.
Cook it like a pancake :-) for 1-2min both sides. Not longer, because it’s getting too dry then.
Take it out, spry some cinamon over your cake and eat it ;-)

This simple, but still really curvy dress really is an eyecatcher in every opportunity. You can combine with heels or with cute flats. And with the color black, you never do something wrong.The shoes are just simple. Just like the dress and that’s great because you can play with more accessories. For example like the big hat. The earring are actually right from the 80’s (please don’t tell my mom, but I tooked them from the jewelery box 🙂 ) Also comined with a soft peral neckless and matching bracelet. The purse should be small. In my opinion: Big Hat – Small Purse. Otherwise you’ll look like overload. And a Diva never wears too much except with jewelry.
The MakeUp matches the jewelry. The eyes are strong but also discreet. The lipstick matches the color of the earrings and I think, there is a nice contrast to the outfit.
At the end, you can get a nice perfume to give this outfit the final touch. I just love this perfume from Trussardi 🙂 I actually cannot describe how much I love this fragrance. I just do and it’s a great companion through my day <3

I think the most of you had this experience once in a lifetime, or maybe more.
One moment that you rather hide in a secret place that noone knows but you. And ther are plenty of reasons why this could happen.
Maybe there is a person you have to take care of, has a hard job, has family and friends which wants to spend time with you (which is normal), and the lovely pet which has also it’s needs. I think one some days could be a day like that very hard and your nerves are… well…dead! Which is very normal.
I talked to a very good friend of mine and he said that he has no place to hide andhe has to eat the most of his anger and energy. By his job, Family and Friends etc. And couldn’t this be a reason that people get sick or having trouble in their lifes?
At that point, I realized that everyone needs to Let off steam. But how can we get out of this “Deep Hole” as fast as possible?
There are many possibilities to let off steam.
Those are my ideas which can help very fast. But when my energy level is too high and nothing from this things work, I’m very glad to go to the gym for 1-2 hours and be myself. Because things what I do in the gym:
I don’t say that the gym is the best thing for everyone. But I would like to say that everyone need to find their own ventile where you can get off of your energy. Your loveones would be thankful.

Starting to get a new addiction!! Nooo… not again :-) I finally found a brand with an amazing quality and it’s also SWISS MADE :-) The manufacture is located in Hägglingen AG and is called Risa Hutwerkstatt . I never thought that I’m really going to wear hats. But Risa made me change. I had the chance to have a look inside the company and it made me feel like I’m back in the 1930’s till 1950’s. Risa still works with the old machines and all the working steps is made by hand! The fashion collection are for men and women. From classic to modern you’ll find pretty much everthing. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for, Risa can make it for you!!
I also have to say that wearing a pretty hat makes your look even more ladylike and feminin. Sophia Loren did it, Marilyn Monroe did it, Ava Gardner did it, so why women these days are not wearing hats anymore? :-)
You can also wear hats like my black one which I prefer for the casual lady look :-)
Just made the stuffed sweet potatoe and I was impressed how good they actually are! You can also make those totally vegan or vegetarian style. Just add the ingredients you want and like. For m,it work well with or without meat :-) Try it out by yourself and let me know what you think :-)
