Women’s mixed martial arts icon Gina Carano may not being smashing faces in the Octagon anymore, but she has still remained in tip-top shape.
The 38-year-old showed off her incredible body when she posted a classy nude of herself in near-silhouette to her Instagram page that she has since deleted.
Carano, who once fought Cris Cyborg in now-defunct MMA promotion Strikeforce, has transitioned from the cage to the screen with roles in a host of movies and TV shows.
Since retiring from the sport, the former Stikeforce women’s featherweight title challenger has gone on to find success in Hollywood as she has appeared in “Fast and The Furious 6” and most recently having a key role in the ongoing Star Wars: The Mandalorian series.
Carano said in 2019 she was once offered $1 million to fight Ronda Rousey, but says that UFC president Dana White pressured her into accepting the fight, and thus it did not end up happening.

Gina Carano revealed she accidentally received a nasty text message from White during contract negotiations.
Carano then says that she was accidentally sent a nasty text from Dana White that was about her. He eventually apologized for it and the Ronda fight never came into fruition.
Gina Carano’s lone loss in MMA came at the hands of MMA legend Cris Cyborg, who stopped her in the very first round of their highly anticipated Strikeforce title fight in 2009.

Before Ronda Rousey was kicking butt, modelling and appearing in movies, Gina Carano had already left her mark in all three areas. Gina is largely credited with bringing women’s MMA into the mainstream. We have seen her great looks splashed all over magazines while she has realized her Hollywood ambitions. Gina Carano set the stage for the likes of Rousey, Holly Holm and several other women who dared dream of pursuing greatness in MMA.
Gina competed in the first-ever state sanctioned female fight with World Extreme Fighting in Nevada. These days it is common to see multiple women’s matches on any given event card. Even Dana White, President of UFC, was finally forced to eat his words about never allowing women to fight in UFC, as female fighters are now an important component of the UFC. They have increased the fan base and improved UFC’s already impressive profits.
Gina Carano is one smart cookie. She has tactfully exploited her looks as well as her talents to carve out success in a few areas. From Muay Thai and MMA to her acting career, Gina has always made good decisions when it comes to her career path and it has paid off. She is in a very enviable place with her many options. She is also a very sexy woman who will turn heads with her stunning looks for years to come. It doesn’t make a difference if she is in her fighting gear, in a bikini, or in formal attire, Gina is always a knockout.
Gina not only looks great when she is showing skin, she also looks great when dressed in a more conservative fashion. In this picture, she is clad in a leather jacket and knee-length skirt. The matching stilettos add flair as well as at least 3-inches to her 5’8” frame. She gives us a glimpse of her perfectly toned and silky smooth legs. Underneath this outfit is an awesome figure that will leave most men drooling and a lot of women jealous. Gina always appears comfortable in front of the camera, which she needs to if she plans to continue her flourishing career on the silver screen.
There is more to Gina Carano than athletic ability and acting skills. She is an absolutely stunning woman. In this photo she shows just how stunning she is as she crouches in the corner while appearing to burst out of her top. She often wears black and this is no exception as she sports black tights, black shorts and a black bra. She might be sexy but she has the power and ability to break your bones as well as your heart. With her awesome looks and fighting ability, it is easy to see how she put women’s MMA on the map.
Some people may have criticized Gina’s decision to appear in the NBC remake of American Gladiators in 2008, but it was probably a wise move considering she was looking to expand into acting. She sure looked great and had lots of fun doing it. In this promotional shot for American Gladiators , Gina plays her role as Crush. Her tight-fitting shorts and curve clinging top suit her well. Her toned physique and pretty face make it easy to see why Hollywood has been in hot pursuit of this budding action hero. Don’t let her beauty and elegance fool you. Gina “Conviction” Carano is one tough cookie who knows how to take care of herself. In her very brief MMA career, she compiled a 7-1 record. Her only loss came at the hands of Christiane “Cyborg” Justino on August 15 th , 2009. In this photo, Gina couldn’t look more serious or focused. She also couldn’t look much sexier. Dressed in her customary black, she reveals a lot of skin and toned muscle, while appearing ready to lay a pummelling on an opponent. Carano can knock you out in more ways than one.
In this shot, Gina models for the ESPN Bodies We Want photo shoot and she is ready to rumble. She shows off her serious “don’t mess with me” game face and boy, is it intimidating. There are undoubtedly plenty of people who would love to go toe-to-toe with this vixen, even if it means taking a beating. She proudly displays her abs of steel as well as her muscular, yet feminine frame. She trains diligently to maintain her killer figure and this is the result. Just as we become hypnotized by her tiny shorts and sports bra, she will serve up a knuckle sandwich.
While we have seen her game face, we can also enjoy seeing her wonderful smile. Despite the gloves, she looks a little more like the typical girl next door in this photo. Her bright eyes and happy glow contrast with her dark hair and black attire, making her seem both sweet and dangerous at the same time. It’s a shame that she and fellow MMA hottie Ronda Rousey were unable to arrange a match, as it would have been one for the ages. The fight almost happened but the deal fell through leaving MMA fans disappointed. It’s uncertain whether either of them will ever fight again.
In the picture above, Gina poses on her back in the middle of the ring. She looks mighty fine in this position but it is a situation she rarely saw in her career as a fighter. Unfortunately, it’s how she spent the last seconds of her final fight. In her August 2009 tilt with Cristiane Justino, Carano found herself on her back with Cyborg pummelling her. This forced the referee to stop the fight with just one second left in the round. As could be expected, Gina didn’t look nearly as nice after that bout as she does in this picture.
Now here’s a different look for the rising movie star. Channeling her inner 1940s pin-up girl, Gina looks smoking hot in her wavy hair and white blouse which she is practically bursting out of. We probably all notice the pearl necklace too. She really shows her sophisticated side with her red lipstick, rosy cheeks and seductive eyes. She looks like she might be seen at a high society ball in the arms of Gary Cooper or Bugsy Siegel. When you are as naturally attractive and athletic as Gina is, modelling isn’t much of a leap. Gina, being a smart woman, has increased her exposure by showing off her more feminine side.
This femme fatale never ceases to stun. This photo of Gina posing as a throwback pin-up model shows how diverse and captivating her appearances are. Her tight red dress, matching lip-stick and high heels give her a vintage vamp look and her contours and silky skin are irresistible. It’s easy to imagine the sultry siren accompanying John Dillinger to the Biograph Theater for a screening of Manhattan Melodrama . The dark-haired beauty could lure any man out of the safety of his hideout. Just be ready for a deadly sidewalk shoot-out if she sparks up a cigarette after you leave the cinema.
Gina roams the red carpet and poses for photographers at the Fast and Furious 6 premiere in London. The butt-kicking action star portrays Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s rough-and-tumble assistant Riley Hicks. She might have played second fiddle on the screen but on the runway she is the main attraction. Dressed in a tight silver dress and high heels, the gallery can’t get enough of her and she seemed willing to give them all they could handle.
The future will likely bring Gina to a few more red carpet movie premieres as her stock in Hollywood continues to rise.

Her portrayal of Mallory Kane was a breakthrough role for Gina and it really marked the beginning of a pretty good stretch of work on the silver screen. As usual, she doesn’t need to try too hard to look fabulous. Her natural beauty and willingness to try new things has brought Gina a lot of success. While Haywire was far from a blockbuster, the 2011 Steven Soderbergh film got her noticed and led to other movie opportunities.
At the Los Angeles premiere for the movie Haywire , Gina keeps to her preference of wearing black. This picture truly makes her look like a movie star. We love the low-cut and tight-fitting gown that throws her ample features right into your face. This is one of those rare occasions that Gina not only has her hair up; she is also wearing dangly earrings. Michael Fassbender is one lucky guy to have actually been paid to have Gina straddle him in a fight scene.
Another shot from the Los Angeles premiere of the 2011 film Haywire is a close up of the raven haired siren. The photographers can’t get enough of Gina and neither can her fans. The buxom brunette grins confidently while her sparkling eyes stare down at the cameras. While acting is hard work, Gina doesn’t face nearly as many hazards on the red carpet as she does in the octagon. The onslaught of camera flashes is much easier on her looks than a barrage of fists, feet and knees. Anyone who is blessed with the natural Carano comeliness shouldn’t risk it.
Gina seems to really enjoy her time on the red carpet. This picture, taken at the 62 nd Berlin Film Festival, shows Gina beaming with joy. She is playfully flirting with the cameras in her tight black leather dress. Her smile couldn’t be any bigger and she has every reason to smile. Her movie career has started off much like her MMA career and Gina’s on screen credits will soon outnumber her professional MMA appearances. That, and knowing she hasn’t fought in nearly seven years, are good indicators that she has left the world of MMA behind her.
Gina usually wears black but she can occasionally be seen in white. Such was the case in 2012, when she attended the 27 th Anniversary of Sports Spectacular which is a star-studded charity event that raises money for genetics research at Cedars-Sinai hospital. Before the dinner and silent auction, Gina paraded across the red carpet and showed off her great legs in her short white dress and high heels. She then attended the ceremony that honoured David Beckham, Kevin Love and the New York Giants. The Sports Spectacular has also honoured women such as Laila Ali, Lindsey Vonn, and Hope Solo.
We have had Gina Carano blow us away in black. We have witnessed her wow us in white and she has really rocked us in red. In this photo, Gina tickles us pink. Her casual t-shirt and denim combo may look ordinary but she wears it all exceptionally well. Her wide smile and playful pose remind us that she is comfortable and extremely attractive outside of the world of glamour. Her abs are fantastically firm and she exposes just enough to let us know how well-proportioned she is. Of course, we already know that she keeps herself in top shape.
Gina poses for another old-time pin-up girl shot and she absolutely nails it again. She is exposing the ear that will listen to your secrets and not tell a soul while her bewitching eyes are like black holes from which no stare can escape. Gina is wearing a pink patterned blouse that is subtly situated between her dark black hair and her black skirt. The lighting makes her curvaceous figure stand out even more against the white background.
Gina exudes a high degree of elegance and sophistication that outshines any of the vintage pin ups such as Betty Page. Don’t get too close because her right hand is primed to deliver a swift and solid backhand.
This woman can even coloir coordinate with the equipment. Fortunately for us, she forgot to put her top on. Not so fortunate is that she realizes it and covers herself. Just like her MMA career, this picture leaves fans wanting more and Gina’s smile tells us that she knows it. It’s too bad that fans are likely to not see either. There is little reason for Gina to get back into the octagon but if she does, let’s hope that she wears those red shorts. In the meantime, we will need to settle with watching her fight in choreographed sequences in Kickboxer: Vengeance .
Pictured here, Gina is taping up her knuckles as she prepares to train for her bout with Cyborg. Staying in shape can’t be done by eating corn chips and sitting on the couch watching Beavis and Butt-Head reruns all day. Gina works hard to keep herself in shape. And this picture gives us a small taste of the dedication and work ethic she puts in to her career as well as her looks.
Gina looks like a well proportioned mermaid stretching out on the beach as the sun sets behind her. The sun may have set on her MMA career but it is far from setting on her other aspirations. Her star keeps rising, and with her continuing successes on the silver screen, Gina is showing no signs of slowing down. While she now appears more interested in winning an Oscar than an MMA title, fans continue to hope that she has at least one more appearance inside the octagon. Those fans might have to live with seeing her kick butt in the movies. It’s better than nothing and we can all agree that she'll look fantastic doing whatever she ends up choosing to do with her life.

The legendary former MMA fighter was fired from Disney’s “Mandalorian,” a spinoff of the Star Wars franchise, after an Instagram story comparing the heated political climate to Nazi Germany last year.
Carano’s career, however, was not over. She signed on to a starring role in the film “Terror on the Prairie,” which was developed by The Daily Wire. The conservative news outlet is seeking to build a movie business for people who, like Carano, are alienated from Hollywood’s output.
“I don’t feel comfortable with mandates,” Carano said in an interview with Libby Emmons in the Post Millenial , adding that vaccine mandates “are kind of going against everything I got canceled for. I’m not trying to force my stuff on other people, and I’m not trying to have other people force their stuff on us. I feel like if everybody just had a little bit of freedom, conversation could go a long way.”
