At that point, we believe the Group will gain a foothold as a strategic, large-scale, and comprehensive global IR developer to help promote tourism in the Kingdom of Cambodia."

Siem Reap is near Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Cambodia, and was a popular attraction for foreign tourists before the pandemic.

The coastal city of Sihanoukville has grown dramatically in recent years due to Chinese investment in real estate projects, some of which have been linked to gaming, according to media reports.

Currently, Naga Corp. is developing plans for a Russian Far East casino resort in the Primorye Integrated Entertainment Zone near the Pacific port of Vladivostok. According to the group's earnings report, the goal is to "start operations by 2022." The company is also expanding its existing NagaWorld complex again. According to the group's statement, Naga 3 has a price tag of $3.52 billion.
