German-Speaking Technical Support Representative (Security Camera)
Position: German-Speaking Technical Support Representative
Work Setup: Remote | Permanent Work-From-Home
Compensation: USD $8–$10 per hour
We are looking for German-speaking Technical Support Representatives to provide technical assistance for security camera and smart home products. Candidates should have at least 1 year of technical support or call center experience, preferably supporting hardware, networking, or smart home devices.
Requirements:
* Fluent or native-level German speaker
* Good English communication skills to collaborate with a multinational team.
* At least 1 year of Technical Support or BPO call center experience
* Experience troubleshooting security cameras, smart home devices, networking, or similar products is an advantage
* Good problem-solving and customer service skills
