A lot of people in middle east and Iraq want to have German language tv but there is no german tv in hotbird 13 or in Astra 19.2 E . If can be able to broadcast on hotbird 13 E or astra 19.2 E it is great for those who need to have german TVs .

German channels are on satellite Astra 19.2° East , but in Iran you can receive perhaps only frequencies on Astra 1M Wide Beam:

I've been watching ZDF, 3SAT, RT & BBC World on Astra 19.2E for some time.
Now ZDF & 3SAT have become "unavailable". RT & BBC World seem to be not transmitting, although my satellite receiver thinks they are all still there. I'm in England.
Help!
These channels are always available free-to-air on their frequencies, no changes were made, except for the SD versions of RT and BBC World News .
