Buying goggles in Geneva - any recommendations on where?

Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. When you register, you get our free weekly -ish snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in Username:- Password:. Or: Register to be a proper snow-head, all official-like! Prev topic :: Next topic. Poster: A snowHead. Hello all, Am off to Geneva for a cheeky weekend of trying to find fluffy stuff to fall in. I have meant to get aroudn to buying some new goggles, but due to distractions and a few other things, I haven't done it. I have a few hours messing around Geneva before the rest of the crew arrive, so I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation as to where I might purchase some in Geneva. I am looking for Scott Light Amplifiers but open to looking at others. Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person. Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see? Cheers, Will have a look down there. You need to Login to know who's really who. An extraordinarily good skier, and very equipment-specialised, but this was back in about ! There may be better shops in the city now. Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do. Dublinfella wrote: Hello all, Am off to Geneva for a cheeky weekend of trying to find fluffy stuff to fall in. Apart from David's suggestion try Ochsner sports in the main shopping street. Another good store, but more backcountry oriented, is Cactus in Carrouge although that is out of town a bit. Geneva is very, very, very expensive though. If you are going to France try buying in resort. You'll need to Register first of course. HI davidof , Yeah, I thought it might not be the cheapest alright. I have a bit of time to kill so will have a look. Funds are extremely limited at the moment though, so I might just have to look and not touch. We will be in Switzerland for the weekend, so think resort will be similar price. Sure if I find nothing, I will just wait until I get back and try to buy before the next trip. Then you can post your own questions or snow reports Try Espace montagne in Geveva, sorry not sure of street name but google for address, they sell Scott!!! New Topic Post Reply. Snow Snow Snow!
