General rules for demonstrations

• After the demonstration is completed, the area where it was held must be left clean.

• Demonstrators are required to comply with orders given by the police.

• Banners, photo/text boards, flags cannot be equipped with thick poles (such as brooms and flagpoles).

• Texts/expressions on banners, photo/text boards, flags will not be discriminatory, offensive or provocative.

• Prohibited signs (e.g. swastika, SS rune sign, wolfsangel) must not be displayed in any way during the demonstration.

• Demonstrators must not consume or possess alcohol.

• If sound amplification is used, the volume must remain at an acceptable level as determined by the police.

• It is prohibited to block entrances and exits from buildings; they must remain freely accessible to everyone.

• Roads and/or intersections or junctions must not be blocked.

• If demonstrators distribute leaflets, they are required to remove all those that were thrown away at the site of the demonstration or leaflet distribution.

• It is prohibited to burn any objects, such as flags, photographs, puppets, etc. It is also prohibited to burn campfires, torches, candles, flammable liquids, etc.

• Demonstrators must not carry items that are commonly used or suitable for use in rioting, such as a chain, baton, protective gear, helmet/balaclava.

• The faces of demonstrators must be uncovered. Covering part of the face with a scarf, helmet/balaclava or other methods of covering the face is not permitted.

In addition, the police usually insists that
• Demonstrators must not carry objects that look like weapons, such as toy firearms or swords.
