🔎 We’re Hiring: General Accountant (Full-Cycle Accounting | SG Experience Preferred)
📍 Remote | Independent Contractor

We are seeking an experienced General Accountant to support international clients across the United States, Australia, and Singapore.
The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle accounting experience and can confidently manage General Ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and AP/AR processes within fast-paced, multi-entity environments.
This role is ideal for accounting professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and comfortable supporting international finance operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• General Ledger (GL) management and account reconciliations
• Journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and accounting adjustments
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support
• Bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
• Financial reporting and supporting schedules
• Variance analysis and management reporting
• Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting support
• Accounting process improvements and operational support
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance and business teams
✅ Qualifications
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong end-to-end / full-cycle accounting background
• Experience with General Ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Experience supporting month-end close processes
• AP and AR experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
⭐ Preferred
• Experience supporting Singapore-based companies
• Experience supporting US-based or Australian-based companies
• Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting experience
• Shared Services or BPO accounting experience
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Workday, or similar platforms

• Self-employed / contractor setup
• Own equipment and stable internet required
• Contractor manages own taxes/statutory contributions
• Not an employer-employee relationship
