The method he uses is simple, scam x% of buyers, so he will still have y% of buyers to say he is good, he is legit, etc. His reputation is very bad. I still have all the email communication in my mailbox when dealing with him. Before i paid, he said the item will be sent after 4 days, after that been dragging to over a month and he was still trying to drag longer.
