I thought Gears 2 would be my main multiplayer game, but it's just not fun. That's cool they are working to fix the slow matchmaking, but laggy games, smoke grenades, and unstoppable chainsaws really turned me away from this game. COD5 is much more enjoyable. Every time I try to find a match it searches for like seconds and then restarts the search. It takes like minutes to find a game sometimes even longer. It is so annoying. I've only been able to play about 5 matches. I can play with may friends online no problem .
It seems obvious enough: find people close to your skill level and find an opposing team of a similar skill level to your whole team. What I want to know is how the matchmaking program could possibly think that a team of 3 rank one players and 2 rank two players is anywhere close to being of similar skill to a team of 1 rank two, 2 rank three and 2 rank four?
