Ever time I play Gang Beasts unstable version I see players using cool skins/characters but my question is how can I get one of the cool looking characters? I mostly see the Blonde haired scientist and backpack dude and other characters like vikings but I dont know how I can get a cool looking character like those? If anyone knows how please tell me :) would really appreciate it!

Gang Beasts is a silly multiplayer party game with surly gelatinous characters, brutal mêlée fight sequences, and absurdly hazardous environments. Set in the fictional meatropolis of Beef City.
Gasp with shock and delight at the spectacle of stupid pugnacious thugs punching, kicking, and throwing their foes into unspecified hazardous machinery, flaming incinerator pits, and ginormous industrial fans.
Watch in horror and amusement as gangs of saggy beasts grab, push, pull, and shove their enemies from permanently suspended building scaffolds, unattended ferris wheels, and commercial haulage trucks.

Hey, I'm SeniorCaution. I have a bit over 200 hours on Gang Beasts and after lots of testing I've noticed that there's a good few costumes with advantages, and I decided I'd go over them all. Anyways, here's all the costume advantages in Gang Beasts:
Sombrero: Can block others gripping you from top and can save you from falling through some gaps.
Walrus Head (Yogscast): Makes your head weighted basically doubling all headbutt damage. makes it so you can 1 shot anyone with a single headbutt. luckily PC only and you must own the DLC.
Burger Hat: Like Sombrero, but worse. Blocks some shots from the top and can save you from falling sometimes.
Long Beards: Can save you from falling through small gaps and can halves damage taken when hit. Also can cause difficulty in lifting from front.
Viking Armor: Shoulder pads can cause people to have difficulty lifting you, plus the shoulder pads sometimes glitch out and can knock out others.
Swat Suit: Can block some punches in specific areas, but not very well.
Pirate Suit: Like Viking Armor except it cant knock out others and it doesn't glitch.
Trench Coat: Makes you VERY hard to pick up, and it's extremely hard to throw over things like the barriers in ring.
Chef's Apron: Can cause difficulty in lifting from the front.
Reindeer: Has slightly improved headbutts, antlers can also cause difficulty in picking up rarely.
Rhino: Extremely improved headbutt, headbutt power is slightly lower than Walrus.
Penguin: Slightly improved headbutt.
Cat: Extremely improved headbutt, just slightly less powerful than rhino.
Scuba Tank: Can cause difficulty in lifting from back.
Cape: Can be pretty annoying to lift. Basically a lifting shield for your back.
Cupid Wings: Same as cape but much worse.
Sunglasses: Can block some specific dropkicks and punches to the face. Has almost no cover, but had to include it in this list since it technically blocks some hits
These are all the ones I have noticed during play, If you know any more, please inform me and I'll add it. I did not count most removable hats since they can be easily removed during play and serve close to no advantage.

Cat definitely has a ridiculous headbutt. I've got a friend who ALWAYS runs cat (for the look, not advantage) and her headbutts are ridiculous
Yeah I've always hated having to fight cat because it's headbutts are so powerful. One of the reasons I wish they would just remove advantages; because some people want to just have the costume on the looks, but then it ends up being extremely unfair for the others to fight them. Hopefully Boneloaf can patch this within the next few updates somehow.
Try the Rhino with sunglasses and a scuba tank.
I don't know if this is the same across all consoles though. I can headbutt my friend on Xbone a hundred times as Rhino while he has no suit on, and he may get knocked out once or twice, usually not for long, meanwhile he can do the same to me and knock me out 4x as many times.
I've only tested these costumes on PC and PS4 so you may be right.
Man fuck sombrero. It fucked up my Tackler Headbutts
Sombrero is my most hated hat other than Walrus, hence why I put it at the top of the list.
Cat/Fox/Rhino costumes are much more difficult to fight though since they have improved headbutts and can just spam headbutt on you and get multiple knockouts.
Walrus+Trench Coat (if you play PC) is the most difficult costume to fight though. Hard to pick up and throw off, and it has CRAZY headbutts. If you're on console though, Rhino+Long Beard+Cape+Sunglasses has to be the most powerful combination
since this is outdated what outfit would u recommend for console?
can't really recommend anything since i only play the game occasionally now. i would say just pick whatever you think looks good and wear it; the advantages now are pretty minimal iirc, so just have fun!
You are just about spot on with everything. For someone who uses Super Throws, it is Soo annoying trying to pick up the person wearing wings or an apron. ESPECIALLY the apron. But yeah the beard also has punch protection. It used to completely block punches but now it halves the damage.

Does the bear suit make your punches stronger?
Not that I know of, but it does give you harder headbutts if I'm correct. It also is one of the costumes known to glitch out elevator though so I wouldn't really suggest wearing it haha.

on xbox and i cant get cape with rhino maybe they changed it or smn?
