If you were a car manufacturer would you license your vehicles to a game that glorifies having sex with prostitutes in the front seat? How about where players discuss on forums which SUV has the best mow-down effect to plow through and kill crowds of pedestrians?
Yeah, I don't think any car manufacturer wants that. The Pinkerton security company sued Rockstar for being in Red Dead Redemption 2 as a potential enemy. The game is set long before anybody around now was alive. They still don't want to be a in that game.

Rockstar goes out of it's way not to include anything recognizable. All cars have multiple “origins”. At release everyone wanted the hottest car in the world, the Bugatti Veyron, but the car in the game adds multiple elements of other supercars so as not to be one - even though it's parked in the exact same location in real life (on Rodeo Drive) as in the game (Portola Drive).
A LAN gaming club is a hangover from a time before the internet wasn’t really popular.
People would meet up with their PCs to play multiplayer games, back then the games would require you to connect your PCs together using a network switch, sometimes you would need to know all kinds of crazy things to get it to work.
So for a while though less so now, some people with the knowledge would open LAN cafes where you could go and pay a small fee to play games with your friends.

I'm working on a game similar to the Meet and Fuck games but the problem is I only have a bunch of the art assets at this point. I'm not adept in the field of AS3 so I guess I was wondering if someone could either help me out by joining me on my mission or pointing me in the right direction to build something on my own.
I haven't seen any tutorials on these kinds of games and I doubt any exist but it's kind of specific with the whole pleasure bar thing as well as the different speeds and jiggle effects. All that good stuff.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

A pleasure bar is just a simple image that extends, so it works in a similar way to a loading bar.
That means a tutorial that describes how to make a loading bar will work for you.
Here's a tutorial that teaches how to make a loading bar and program it:

If you read it whole, you will, in addition, learn how to make a preloader.
Usually, some sort of canvas (outline, static image) is placed on top of the stretching bar. So it fills in something, not just stretches.

I aint gonna lie, I've been trying to follow this and I still don't quite understand what I'm doing so let me ask you this. Does anyone want to work on this game with me? I plan to look for some kind of sponsorship once the game is complete but we can discuss that further once we come to some kind of agreement. For examples of my work check out my tumblr. (NSFW)

If you are looking to collaborate with other people post in Collaboration forum. If you want to hire, then include information about the payment.
In your case, I think, people won't work for free, because you don't have many high-scoring submissions on NG. So prepare moneys and go to Collaboration.
