Timberwoods v0.13 may contain content you must be 18+ to view.
Timberwoods is a NSFW Roleplay Game made in RPG Maker MV. It contains M/M Content, Transformation, Hypnosis, implied-rape scenes and more to be added.
Timberwoods is our first project and is currently under development, expect bugs etc.
P lease inform us about any bugs or mistakes you encountered.
It's basic RPG Maker Controls. Arrows Keys are used for movement. Enter for Interaction. Escape to Menu/cancel. Shift to Run. F4 to get into full-screen . F5 to restart the game.
I always wanted to create a NSFW erotic game. And when I saw several ones made in RPG Maker, my boyfriend and I got inspired and went to learn how to use it. So this game is mostly work in progress. Expect a varying degree of artwork quality, possible bugs and changes. This game is a way for me to improve on my art quality for the most part.
As this is the first version I expect there to be bugs. So if you happen to come across bugs or have any suggestions don't hesitate to contact us.

how do i go to alpha because every time i go there there are two npcs that say ''don't interrupt him''
Talk to the cook in the kitchen and follow the side quest.
Okay, but I didn't see it right, so I don't know what to do
What you gotta do is speak to the cook on the upper floor then go to the prison area on the upper floor and talk to the slave there. After that look for the shaman and do his tasks.
I really like RPG games like this! Can't wait for a new version to come out!

Can't really give you an answer to that atm. We try to include many different kind of kinks and stuff, so who knows what we come up with in the future :3
I remember losing and then I got told that I decided to become a slave and it looks like I switched paths in the new dungeon? I keep trying to recreate it but I can't remember how.
Oh? Do you have one of the earlier version? There was a bug in the first version I uploaded that made you switch paths mid-dungeon. But that was fixed. So I am curious if you found another bug.
I downloaded the latest last night. I swear when I lost, it put me next to the tables and the slave from the beginning, forgot his name at the moment, I swear he said something along the lines of saying he was glad I decided to change my mind about being a slave. I was speeding through the text because I had lost that encounter before. I can't quite recall what was said but he was facing me and talking and was in the lunch hall area with me. I know it was late last night but that was a rather specific setup where it seemed intentional so I don't think it was a bug?
That sounds like you interacted with the blue potion in the shamans chamber. This triggers an ending where you end up as a slave.
Looked into it. Yeah, that's what it was! Musta been so tired I blurred combat with that potion event!

Oh, I am sorry to hear that but I don't know how to help you since I don't use the ichio app
the itch.io app is directly linked to the website. sometimes there are errors sure, But i use it for pretty much every vn and game associated with Itch.io. When you publish an update to your game, it also sends the update to the app as well as the website
most vns dont experience this issue, But this specific one is common. it sometimes fixes itself by the next update, othertimes not so much.
you dont have to do this as most of your readers will just download from the website, but if you wanna expand your userbase, I recommend you at least look into the app. should save you a lot of time and effort as well.

Will there be any content where you can either resist being hypnotized or to turn it against the user if you have the resist-hypnosis and hypnosis rune?
I love the new update and hope that the next one enables the player the chance to go back to the wolf den to get a new ending if they went the slave path during the fruit quest
Yup, we plan to have some side content for the werewolf den in the next update.
I'm being stuck at the Shama task, he said i should look at the left room but i can't find anything that can ruin the magic or get the key. Can anyone help me?
You need to interact with one of the bottles next to the slaves in the stocks.
I played v0.13 but still can’t proceed the slave path. Idk what to do with alphas like or prison key
You need to go to the prison area once you have the prison key and talk to the slave there. And after that you need to talk to the slave in the 'kitchen' area.
where is the prison key? I was looking for it almost an hour 🤔I was serching All map and talk everyone in map
On Normal Path you must beat the shaman. On the Slave Path you talk to the slave in the kitchen, then to the one in the prison and after that work for the shaman.
I worked for the Shaman but still didn’t find key😓
Did you do all the tasks for the shaman? You will get the key at the end of it.
I can't talk to the sleeping slave in the prison. I'm not sure if I got a bug considering the bear is in the top right prison. Do I need to do something to wake him up?
When there is a bear present you are at the wrong prison. The prison you are looking for is east of where the Alpha is.
Oh, and just to remind you, your game name hasn't changed the version number.
The title looks like version 0.12. But now it's version 0.13.

I'm clueless on how to proceed the slave path, what does alpha like?
There was a game breaking bug which I fixed half an hour after i uploaded the first version. If you have the fixed version you should find what you need in the prison area.
i can not use my save file in 0.12 to 0.13 they always get bug so i have to play it again from the start and the game function while playing is a little bit slower than 0.12
There is a save file included tho it required a bit of work to get it to load.
In the future update, will the black screen be changed after victory?

You mean in the Journal Tab, right? That somehow bugged out with the last update and will hopefully be fixed in the upcoming version.
yes, specifically when i go to the journal tab and nothing happens, and when i said gallery, i meant the one you teleport into, not all unlocked scenes appear there even when you have all 33 its odd
Weird. I thought I added all endings to the gallery. Which one is missing specifically?
Can you push update with all what is done for this moment atleast. Many "olds" lost interest waiting. Leaving fanbase for several months without any updates is terrible idea.

No amount of waiting gives you the right to crack the whip on the devs of a FREE game. They owe you nothing, and on the assumption you did give them something, that was a donation cause it's optional and still they owe you nothing.

Sorry we are really bad when it comes to stuff like that. And while I cant really give you a release date I can assure you that we use every bit of free time we have to work on it. But we are definitely getting closer to a release.

We really wanna get this out asap but we like of we set a release date we would put a lot of pressure on ourself. So cant really give you a release date at the moment. But I can assure you that we try our best to get it out as fast as possible.

What scene are you having problems with?
The slime wolf endings are random. You get one out of two endings if you lose. They also have an ending for one of their grapple attacks if you fail to free yourself. Also I got some reports that endings may not register in the journal. I will look into that for the next update and try to fix that.

Thank you for the kind words. We are working on it whenever we can, but since it's a fun side project and we had some irl issues we couldn't make our set release goals. We also had a lot of changes while working on it but I can assure you that we get closer to the next update.
I can see where the inspiration came from, and I like that. There should be more games of that style :-)

I'm guessing this game is dead. Last update was bugfixes in November and even the promises of an update in the comments are several months old. Unfortunate. I was enjoying it.
Sorry for taking this long. The game is far from dead. We are still actively working on it. It's just that the last three months have been especially hard for us where we didn't have too much time to work on it. We also had some changes in the content we want to include in the next update based on some feedback from the people on our Discord.

How do I progress once I get to the tavern? I promised to help deal with the slimes, but the other entrance to the forest says I have "no reason to go there," and all the other pathways say something similar.

Hey there. Really sorry to keep you waiting. We had a lot of stuff going on. And while we are still actively working on Timberwoods, we can't really give you a release date for the next update. We had some more ideas for the next major update and the guys on our Discord gave some valueable suggestions we want to include.
So again, sorry for taking so long. We are just as eager as you all to get that new update out there. It's just that it is taking much longer than we expected. :3
And can't you already put up a part that you have already completed while waiting for the major update? I think that would make it easier to wait and still keep us on our toes.
