The Golden Nugget Casino owner bought the land across the Aria a few months ago, and now he's starting to figure out the details. Mr. Pertita will build a 43-story hotel on a six-acre site. As expected, the resort also has restaurants, bars, and convention spaces. But there are also wedding chapples, car dealerships and theaters that can accommodate 2,500 attendees.
