2012-2018 Leroy Merlin Russia, Director of PR & GR
Media relations: full range of functions: media events, maintaining corporate communications, organizing events, media monitoring and analysis, maintaining friendly relations with media.
Government relations: contacts with local administration, assistance to Development Department.
Launched all-Russian project of training local staff as speakers for anti-crisis communications. Trained over 350+ speakers all levels from Board of Directors to store staff for media relations, delivering key messages, speaking in conferences and universities, participating in governmental meetings.
Launched product PR function within marketing strategy of the company.

Training on leadership skills in groups and individually. The training program includes techniques for raising emotional intelligence skills, basic knowledge of neurobiological discoveries useful for growing up as speaker and self-awareness practices. Results for alumni of those training sessions include career promotions and successful career transfers.
Training on improvement of public speaking skills has been conducted in groups and individually. I also worked for big companies with the purpose of unification of key messages delivered to public and media. Group technique bases on best practices of TED talks, speechwriters’advice and my own results of the research.
My program allows structuring the speech and raising confidence during public speaking. It also improves empathy for listeners even for those people who consider themselves introverts and with low communication skills. One of the guaranteed results is the rise of creativity and personal mind limits due to self-awareness techniques. In a portfolio, there are winning bids in tenders due to great speeches and creative presentations. There are also people, owners of the business, who delivered speeches abroad with 100+ listeners, unexpectedly for themselves, just in 2 months after the training session
Launched and maintain on-line school “The Speaker”. This is 60 days program including 12 online classes, personal feedback of homework and webinars. Course provides basics for speechwriting, self-tuning before going public, exercises and techniques to raise emotional intelligence and some useful basics on neurobiology.
Corporate clients for training on leadership and public speaking skills include Shwabe. Castomonu etc.
