أكد مختار توفيق، رئيس مصلحة الضرائب المصرية، الخميس، «حرص وزارة المالية ومصلحة الضرائب على تقديم كل التيسيرات، وتقديم الدعم الفني للممولين لمساعدتهم في الانضمام لمنظومة الإيصال الالكتروني بكل سهولة»، لافتًا إلى زيادة عدد الطلبات المقدمة من الممولين للانضمام طواعية لمنظومة الإيصال الإلكتروني، الأمر الذي أدى إلى قيام المصلحة باتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات لتيسير انضمام الممولين طواعية إلى منظومة الإيصال الإلكتروني.

وأوضح «توفيق» في بيان، الخميس، أنه تم وضع مجموعة إجراءات للانضمام الطوعي لمنظومة الإيصال الالكتروني، ليتم تنفيذها من خلال المأمورية، حيث سيقوم الممول بتقديم طلب للانضمام الطوعي بالمأمورية، ويقوم بمليء طلب الإنضمام الطوعي مرفق به نموذج الاستقصاء مستوفي البيانات، ويتم تسليمه لإدارة مساعدة المسجلين (قيمة مضافة) أو إدارة الحصر والحاسب الآلي دخل بالمأمورية، مشيرًا إلى أن طلب الانضمام الطوعي يجب أن يرفق به صورة من المستند البيعي حديثة، وصورة شهادة التسجيل، وصورة البطاقة الضريبية، وصورة البطاقة الشخصية لصاحب الشأن أو صورة البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض مرفق بها التوكيل وصورته.
ويمكن تحميل طلب الانضمام الطوعي لمنظومة الايصال الالكتروني ونموذج الاستقصاء من خلال الدخول على الموقع الإلكتروني للمصلحة في «دليلك للتعامل مع منظومة الإيصال الالكتروني» على الرابط التالي https://www.eta.gov.eg/ar/content/e-receipt-services
وقال إن مأمورية الضرائب ستقوم بتحديد طبيعة التعاملات التجارية للممول مع المستهلك النهائي سواء كانت كليًا أو جزئيا، وذلك تمهيدا لقبول الطلب، موضحًا أنه في حالة أن الممول لا يتعامل مع مستهلك نهائي، فسيتم رفض طلبه في الانضمام لمنظومة الإيصال الإلكتروني.
