فى ذكرى مرور سنة كاملة على الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، يحتاج العالم وهو يتطلع إليها ويتعامل معها، إلى شىء من حكمة الفيلسوف سقراط.
أما السبب فهو أن الرئيس الروسى فلاديمير بوتين راح يتعهد بالنصر مع حلول هذه الذكرى الأولى، ثم راح الرئيس الأوكرانى فولوديمير زيلينسكى فى المقابل يتعهد بالنصر أيضاً.. والمشكلة ليست فى هذا التعهد المتبادل بينهما، لكنها فى أننا لا نعرف بالضبط ماذا يعنى النصر لدى الطرفين.
وهذه القضية هى التى كانت قد شغلت جانباً لا بأس به فى عقل فيلسوف اليونان الأكبر، الذى عاش لا يهتم بشىء قدر اهتمامه بضرورة تحديد معانى الأشياء التى نتحدث عنها قبل أن نمضى فى الحديث عنها.. وكان تقديره أن هذا التحديد لا بد منه، لأننا إذا لم نتفق على المعانى بيننا سنكتشف فى مرحلة من مراحل الحديث، أن كل طرف يتكلم عن شىء مختلف عما يبدو للناس من بعيد عن الشيء ذاته، بل ويختلف عما يبدو للطرف الآخر، إذا كان الطرفان يتحدثان عن قضية واحدة أو يتصوران ذلك على الأقل.
ومن الطبيعى أن تحديد معانى الأشياء قبل الخوض فيها، سوف يوفر الكثير من الوقت، ومع الوقت سوف يوفر الكثير من الجهد الذى قد نبذله فى غير مكانه.
قد يكون معنى النصر لدى الجانب الأوكرانى واضحاً، وقد يكون أوضح منه لدى الجانب الروسى، الذى يتحدث منذ بدء عمليته العسكرية على أوكرانيا فى ٢٤ فبراير الماضى، عن أن عمليته لن تتوقف حتى تحقق أهدافها.. والمشكلة هنا هى نفسها فى حالة حديثه عن تحقيق النصر.. فلا هو قال لنا منذ البداية ما هى هذه الأهداف، ولا هو كشف عن معنى النصر الذى يتصوره ويقصده.
فالطبيعى أن النصر فى نظر الأوكرانيين وحلفائهم ألا يتبقى جندى روسى واحد على أرض أوكرانية، ولكن معنى النصر لدى الروس يبدو أنه مطاط وأنه متغير، وإلا ما كان مسؤول روسى كبير قد خرج مؤخراً يقول إن عين بلاده هى على حدود بولندا.
ولما كانت أوكرانيا تفصل بين روسيا وبولندا، فهذا معناه أن الأراضى الأوكرانية بالكامل تمثل ميداناً للنصر بالنسبة للرئيس بوتين، وأن النصر فى تقديره لا يتوقف عند حدود الاحتفاظ بالقرم التى ضمها إلى روسيا فى ٢٠١٤، ولا حتى عند حدود المناطق الأربع التى قضمها من شرق أوكرانيا، وأجرى حولها استفتاءً صورياً عند بدء الحرب، ثم أعلن ضمها هى الأخرى إلى بلاده.
أين من هذا كله سقراط، الذى كان إذا ألقى أحد عليه السلام استوقفه على الفور قائلاً: ولكن.. بالله عليك.. ماذا يعنى السلام عندك بالضبط؟!.

A group of three Plasmodium falciparum antigens of distinct pI, migrating with an apparent MW of 96 kDa has been previously identified as a target of protective immunity both in humans and in monkeys (Jouin et al. 1987, Dubois et al. 1987). These antigens are produced during the late stages of asexual intraerythrocytic development. One of these 96-kDa proteins, the 96 tR, has a pI of 5.25, is thermostable, and is released in the culture supernatant (Jouin et al. 1987). We report here the cloning and expression in Escherichia coli of the gene coding for this antigen. Antibodies raised to the recombinant 96 tR immunoprecipitated exclusively the 96 tR, indicating that the other two antigens of 96 kDa are the product(s) of distinct gene(s). Northern and Southern blots as well as DNA sequencing of the gene showed that the 96 tR antigen is identical to proteins identified in other laboratories as the glycophorin binding protein GBP 130 (Perkins 1984, Ravetch et al. 1985) and Ag 78 (Bianco et al. 1987). The 96-kDa antigen is produced at the trophozoite stage and more actively in the schizonts. It is released in the culture supernatant at the time of schizont rupture, together with two minor products, forming a characteristic triplet. This triplet was also detected in immunoblots of merozoites. An approximate quantification on immunoblots indicated that the largest proportion of the protein is found in the culture supernatant, a minor fraction being loosely associated with merozoites. By immunofluorescence and immunoelectron microscopy, intense signals were observed in the erythrocyte cytoplasm. The 50-amino acid repeats were found in all strains examined, the protein showing some size polymorphism. The antigen was detected in the serum of infected monkeys as well as in that of infected humans.
