Does anyone know what this harpy puzzle is? I kill all the cations but the last cation harpy says the input failed and resets. I'm so confused and this seems so pointless.
The puzzle only made sense to me because I know what cations and anions are. They’re positive and negatively charged ions and the way of solving it was by reading the lit up lights on the blocked door
Also, be careful if your gun has a perk like Incandescence. You'll probably end up accidentally resetting the lock 100 times... Like my friend did.
I got stuck on one of the witch queen mirror puzzles for ages for that reason, had explosive payload on the scout I was using for the puzzle, and splash damage kept hitting adjacent symbols resetting the puzzle
you have harpys that are lit up and ones that are not. you have nodes above the door.some are lit up some are not
Adding on to this, only the harpies with the extra title on their name count (something like axiom harpy and... c-something harpy?). If you see something just called "Harpy" it's completely neutral for the sake of this puzzle. You want to be shooting the longer-titled harpies.
As described above, it's about killing anionic/cationic harpies in correct order. Above the door you have set of rhomboid thingies, some are glowing and some are not. They tell you the order in which you need to kill two types of glowing/non-glowing orange-bar harpies. If the leftmost node glows - next harpy to kill must be a glowing one. If it doesn't - next harpy shouldn't be glowing either.
If you kill the right harpy you'll get a confirmation message and leftmost node will disappear. Rinse and repeat until all nodes are gone.
Harpies need to be killed in order and only orange bars will count. There are some red bars that spawn in a wave, but it looks like they do not affect the sequence. If you kill wrong type of orange bar harpy - puzzle resets and fresh wave of harpies will spawn.

Republicans voted on Thursday to kick Minnesota Representative and progressive Democrat Ilhan Omar off the powerful House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Washington DC - Republicans voted on Thursday to kick Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar off the powerful House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The House voted 218-211 along party lines to remove Omar, who came to the US as a Somali refugee and is one of the first Muslim women in Congress.
The resolution, sponsored by Republican Rep. Max Miller of Ohio, who is Jewish, accuses the congresswoman of making antisemitic remarks in the past which make her unfit to serve on the panel.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has been on a mission to oust Omar from the committee since 2021 over what he said were antisemitic remarks. Included in the resolution was Omar's 2019 comment that AIPAC, a pro-Israel lobbying group that has poured huge sums into defeating progressive candidates , was paying US politicians to support Israel.
Defending herself on the House floor, Omar said the Republican ouster had a lot more to do with her identity than anything else: "This debate today, it’s about who gets to be an American. What opinions do we get to have, do we have to have to be counted as American?" she asked.
"That is what this debate is about, Madam Speaker," Omar insisted. "There is this idea that you are suspect if you are an immigrant, or if you are from a certain part of the world, of a certain skin tone or a Muslim."
"Well, I am Muslim. I am an immigrant and, interestingly, from Africa. Is anyone surprised that I’m being targeted? Is anyone surprised that I am somehow deemed unworthy to speak about American foreign policy?"
"My leadership and voice will not be diminished if I am not on this committee for one term. My voice will get louder and stronger," she said. "So take your vote or not – I am here to stay."
New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez also rose to her colleague's defense with an impassioned speech, describing Republicans' efforts to oust Omar as yet another example of the racist targeting of Muslims in post-9/11 America.
"There is nothing consistent with the Republican Party's continued attack except for the racism and incitement of violence against women of color in this body," the congresswoman said.
"I had a member of the Republican caucus threaten my life, and you all in the Republican caucus rewarded him with one of the most prestigious committee assignments in this Congress. Don’t tell me this is about consistency," AOC continued, referring to Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar, who came under fire in November 2021 for sharing an anime video of himself attacking migrants and killing the congresswoman. Gosar now sits on the House Natural Resources and Oversight Committees.
AOC next turned her sights on Marjorie Taylor Greene, saying, "Don't tell me this is about condemnation of antisemitic remarks when you have a member of the Republican caucus who has talked about Jewish space lasers and a tired amount of tropes and also elevated her to some of the highest committee assignments in this body."
Greene, who once suggested a Jewish family was responsible for wildfires in California by shooting laser beams from space, sits on the House Homeland Security and Oversight Committees. She also compared Covid-19 pandemic measures to the Holocaust .
"This is about targeting women of color in the United States of America," the New Yorker said, slamming her notebook against the podium.

Cu Pumping Results and Statistical Analysis

Cu pumping is defined as the irreversible extrusion of Cu from Cu-filled through-silicon vias (TSVs) exposed to high temperatures. The distribution of Cu pumping values over the TSVs of a single wafer has a large intrinsic spread. In previous publications both a lognormal distribution and a distribution of the maximum of two normal variables were used to fit experimental data. In this paper, these two types of statistical distribution are compared, showing that the maximum of two normal distributions provides a better fit, in particular at the right tail which is more significant for the potential reliability impact of Cu pumping. Also, it is shown how Cu pumping is determined by the network of random high angle grain boundaries in the Cu region near the TSV top, as an extension of a previous analysis which occurred at the TSV top surface only. This relation between Cu pumping and Cu microstructure provides a physical interpretation of the maximum of two normal distributions, based on the deformation mechanisms underlying Cu pumping.

Due to the downscaling of interconnects associated with transistor scaling, RC delay is becoming a significant source of signal delay. In 3D integration, stacking of chips reduces the total interconnect length and allows form factor reduction [1], [2]. Through-silicon vias (TSVs) are introduced for the interconnection of multiple dies in a stack. One possible integration scheme is the via-middle approach, where the TSVs are processed after front-end-of-line (FEOL) component and contact processing, and before back-end-of-line (BEOL) interconnect processing [3]. In this approach the TSVs are most often filled with Cu, which becomes exposed to high temperatures during BEOL processing. Due to the large difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between Cu and the surrounding Si, at these high temperatures compressive stresses arise in the Cu TSV. These thermal stresses are partly relaxed by irreversible extrusion of the Cu, a phenomenon known as ‘Cu pumping’ or ‘Cu protrusion’, which may cause integrity or reliability issues in the BEOL layers on top of the TSV. In order to reduce the amount of Cu pumping during BEOL processing, commonly a post-plating anneal is applied prior to Cu CMP [4].
