Неплохой музей . Для себя открыла собирателя картин ГАБЫШЕВА,вот только жаль что не было экскурсии по музею.Работники музея немного рассказали.А это был незаурядный человек с очень непростой судьбой.как он русский человек оказался в Якутии с родителями якутами и почему свою коллекцию разделил между Якутией и Белоруссией.

Для меня этот музей стал неожиданным открытием. В Республике большое внимание уделяется местной культуре, национальным традициям- это очень здорово и уже сложившийся бренд. И обнаружить в такой бережной сохранности галлерею западного искусства даже удивительно. Маленькая, уютная галлерея. В очень красивом с точки зрения архитектуры здании. Если вы живете в Санкт- Петербурге, возможно вы скажите, что ничего особенного, но если посмотреть на разнообразную архитектуру города Якутска, здание явно выделяется своим изяществом в противовес "массивному бункеру " театру "Оперы и балета", расположенному поблизости. Небольшая, но содержательная выставка. Считаю отличная возможность в воспитании эстетического вкуса для местных горожан, особенно школьников и студентов.
