The clubs that have already started operating do so with a simple constitution and a contract between members stipulating club rules. The idea is to make everything as transparent as possible to show your integrity and intentions. As a dagga enthusiast that often meets with like minded individuals, you want to protect any interaction you have with the plant, so that if anything goes wrong, you have it down in as legal and safe a way as possible.
